The pergola is well installed, without too much difficulty; the instructions are quite clear and precise. As for the delivery quality, nothing to complain about — the delivery driver took his time, took photos of the damaged boxes just in case, and did his best to drop off the package where the customer wanted it.
Technical support is easy to reach. The value for money seems good, time will tell. I'd say especially the covers folded up in winter — let's hope they don't fade in the sun and moonlight. We'll see this summer.
The final result is what I expected — very good.

Hello and best wishes to the entire CliKit team!
The pergola has been successfully installed!
First of all, the delivery by articulated lorry, perfectly on time — the driver parked along the road and, using a forklift, deposited the pallet with the various boxes containing our pergola kit right in front of the garage.
The assembly is quite technical, but if you have some basic DIY skills it is entirely doable without going through a professional.
We assembled it entirely as a couple, my wife and I, from the structure to the LED wiring and including the blind.
The dimensions and measurements of the various elements were perfectly respected,
No missing or damaged elements, no bad surprises.
We are fully satisfied with the quality of the result — it is exactly what we wanted, at the dimensions we wanted!

With a slight delay, I am responding to your message. We are very satisfied with our pergola. The phone conversations before the order made it possible to get a well-suited proposal. Delivery went very well — the delivery driver was very professional and helpful. The assembly of the main structure went without a problem, thanks in particular to the video available on your website. The assembly of the options, especially the side trapezoid sections above the doors, was more difficult because the rubber seals delivered did not all match those mentioned in the instructions and we had to guess which seal went where. Our lock issue was resolved thanks to your sending of a new lock. I still believe that the quality of these locks is not in keeping with the quality of the pergola, but they do the job. Today the assembly is finished. The interior fittings are not done yet. I give a rating of 4/5 and will recommend you if I get the chance.

I am satisfied with the delivery, the pre-order advice, the value for money, the final result, and the functionality.
The instructions are not very clear.
I had to offset the brackets at the bottom of the vertical channels so that they are perpendicular to the posts.
I would have preferred brackets centered on the posts, but in the end it doesn't look too bad.

The carport was assembled following the instructions provided with the equipment. The equipment was delivered in accordance with the conversation I had with the German logistics department. Everything was in good condition.
We had a little difficulty with the foundation bases for the posts, but apart from that, the rest was completed without too much trouble.
The final result looks great, as shown in the photos on the website.
I would have one suggestion: having a few spare screws, bolts, etc. All the hardware was included with just what was necessary. It sometimes happens that you misplace or break one of the components.
My overall rating is 4.

The assembly was carried out without any issues by myself! Everything went well.
I would give a rating of 4 because the finished product is good.
The biggest downside is the quality of the self-drilling screws provided — almost impossible to drive in without pre-drilling. The screw head breaks or pushes through the second panel after being engaged.

We bought a lovely veranda which we had assembled, as it was impossible for me to do it myself.
9 years later, still delighted by the quality of the materials, except for a small issue with the bay doors being a little difficult to open — the rollers are worn.
We contacted Clikit, and 9 years later, action and reaction... rollers sent COMPLIMENTARILY and quickly. Now, one bay has been repaired.

As for my pergola, I am very satisfied with it — a climalux with a trapeze panel.
I then ordered 3 awnings from a competitor. Good, but not the same quality.
And this year I ordered a trapeze panel from you and an awning as well. The quality of the awning is much better — faster, much quieter, and the fabric is of higher quality.
In short, I recommend Clikit to my friends.
P.S. Just a few small leaks when I wash the plexiglass in spring. But never when it rains. Kind regards.

I ordered a veranda which arrived on time.
The product is good but I had issues with the polycarbonate panels that were supplied by a subcontractor of Clikit.
Panels had to be replaced twice as they were poorly blown on the inside.
The sales department is responsive and the managers at Clikit reacted directly. Despite the hassle and extended delays this caused, I would like to thank them as such responsiveness is becoming rare these days.
After the second time a panel arrived defective, they made a goodwill gesture on behalf of their company and their subcontractors.
Summary: good product, customer relations and after-sales service spot on.

I ordered polycarbonate panels with purlins and cross-members to cover my pergola, and I must admit that even though I was somewhat reluctant about this material, I was won over by the products received. Bravo — you have great expertise and the quality of your products is truly commendable.
Not being a building professional but something of a DIY enthusiast, I had no particular difficulty installing the panels and the fixings. Only the seals gave me some trouble, mainly due to a lack of technique and knowledge. But I managed by using wooden planks to walk on the panels, spreading my weight and thus avoiding the risk of damaging them. I am taking the liberty of sending you a few photos of the finished work in case you wish to use them — it would be my pleasure.

A short message of satisfaction after assembly.
Well, I struggled a bit at first between the side profile and the wall profile.
But once I figured out the trick, it all worked out.
The outer-edge drainage solution doesn't suit me: it splashes too close to the terrace.
I'm thinking of getting the gutter as soon as possible.
And indeed I lack slope, but I took the risk and I'll own it ^^'. The water doesn't drain because of the closing profile.
Adding a silicone sealant wouldn't change anything, so I didn't do it.
I'm thinking instead of making an incision in the profile perpendicularly to create a sort of "gutter".

We were very satisfied with the telephone support we received (attentiveness, friendliness, advice, and availability). You can tell that the company knows its products well. The last person we spoke with even offered to let us give them an update over the weekend (which we did not do out of respect for their private life).
An installation video for this product would be very welcome (for future customers), one part of the manual that was difficult to understand was the section about knots and cutting the cord (worried about making a mistake) — the part about 15 or 20 cm was not very clear (I'm referring to the starting point for the distance — the reference mark — for measuring the 20 cm in our case, for a blind taller than 180 cm). I think that's why we have an abnormally loud spring noise when it unfolds. It really "snaps" loudly. The person we spoke with on the phone noticed it too. But it's not a big deal — we're not rolling and unrolling it every hour ;-) it's just surprising, we'll get used to it. I think we may have over-tightened the cord by not starting from the right point (or perhaps 20 cm is too much…). With time it may get better.
The blind is installed, it is of good quality and we can enjoy it.
We bought another switch but a recessed one because the Somfi one is surface-mounted (thank you by the way for the immediate shipment since it was missing from the box) — it would be nice to offer the customer a choice for those who don't opt for the remote control.
We are therefore very satisfied — the same thing going through the company that sold us the veranda would have cost us much more. And that is indeed the case with all veranda retailers — the price of this option is really too expensive. And thanks to you we were able to find what we were looking for at a "reasonable" price and turn our desire into a "reality"!
