Everything went well.
The delivery was complicated due to a very unpleasant and borderline rude transport company manager. However, the delivery driver was very friendly and experienced.
My husband grumbled a bit and struggled with assembling the veranda as the instructions were not the ones corresponding to the chosen veranda and on top of that they were in Dutch!!!!
Despite this, we managed.
I am delighted with my veranda, which is of very high quality and gives me an extra little room to eat and relax in the sun. I enjoyed it throughout the winter — it helped heat my home.

The winter garden has been installed since May 2024.
A few minor assembly issues and missing parts, which were quickly resolved by Nicolas FONT from the after-sales service.
For assembly, a few specific videos or step-by-step guides would not go amiss.
The main assembly video could do with a bit more detail.
Likewise, I think it would be important to emphasise that the profiles used to fix the fixed panels and those used to fix the trapezoid are not the same.
As a result, we made a mistake during assembly and cut the wrong profiles.
Like most people, I think I will only be assembling a winter garden once in my life. So inevitably, experience is lacking.
That said, I was able to easily communicate with members of the technical team, which makes it easy to work things out.
So here are my ratings:
Value for money: 5/5
Quality of service: 5/5
Technical assistance: 5/5
Assembly procedures: 3/5
Final result: 5/5
Delivery: 4/5 (difficult for a 44-tonne lorry to navigate through a housing estate — a point to improve)
I would recommend your company without hesitation for the quality of the product and the professionalism of the teams.

Time passes and I still have not replied to your email.
What I call my "Climaserre" is installed. I admit that it still required genuine skills as an experienced DIYer, but I was helped by friends who are very knowledgeable in timber framing and construction. They were amazing. I am delighted with this Climaserre — it is exactly what I wanted. Aesthetically, it looks wonderful on the facade of my old house. Family, friends, everyone is immediately full of admiration and captivated, and asks me where I bought it.
I make the most of every ray of sunshine. Even when the outside temperature is below zero, I can leave my French doors open to the living room. At those moments, I feel like I am living outdoors. I look forward to the mid-season or sunnier periods.
My cats also benefit from it fully. They spend long periods meditating outside without having to endure the harshness of winter.
The delivery was impeccable, handled by a very pleasant and efficient gentleman.
We did not need technical assistance, as my friends were experienced enough to find solutions to the various small issues that arose on their own.
In terms of value for money, it is perfect for me. Several friends who work in the building trade consider it to be of good quality, noting that it has clearly been thought through in detail, that it is solid and well designed.
Rating, without hesitation: 5/5
As for the photos, it is a bit trickier for me — I am not sure I will manage to send any. I will look into it.
I am considering installing the same type of product at another entrance to my home. I will contact you in a while to discuss it.

Assembly can be done without any particular difficulty, provided a few conditions are met: follow the instructions carefully of course, and make use of the available videos. It is necessary to have the right tools and some basic DIY skills can prove useful. Above all, take your time. We would like to highlight the responsiveness of the entire climalux team, as well as Mr Regnier, who is always ready to quickly answer all your questions. With the fine days arriving, it is a real pleasure to enjoy a winter garden. The materials are undeniably of high quality. In short, nothing but good things!!

I am pleased to send you a photo of my assembled pergola.
There are still a few small finishing touches needed to make it perfect.
I absolutely do not regret my purchase — it is quality, attractive equipment, and installation was not complicated. Obviously some basic skills are needed, but if in doubt, Mr Regnier is at the end of the line.
On that note, I have 2 remarks:
1) cutting the triangular side profile is not straightforward.
2) There are no assembly instructions for the lock and the plate. It is not that it is complicated, but the position of the plate that screws into the profile is not obvious.
Also, the two stainless steel covers are wobbly.
