After nearly a year of use, everything is perfect.
After a rather eventful winter, there is nothing to report. Good resistance to wind and bad weather, snow and frost.
I really appreciated the assistance from your technical team during installation in 2025.
Transport was well handled and delivered without any reservations.
The only thing to flag to your future customers is the importance of taking very precise measurements. Indeed, during installation I had to add a small piece (20mm aluminium batten) on one side of the pergola because the width was a little too tight, and when closing the ZIPS, the fabric was stretched to the maximum, causing the aluminium structures that were clipped together to come apart (square post made up of four clipped faces).
Apart from this detail, which I took as my own problem rather than yours, since the dimensions I had requested were correctly respected in your workshops.
Overall, very satisfied.

I purchased CLOSEO covers to weatherproof my wooden carport that shelters my garden furniture.
- The order was placed following a telephone discussion with a technical advisor, as the project was non-standard.
- Order placed in early December 2025 during the "Black Friday" sales — not insignificant!
- Payment possible in several instalments (interest-free).
- Home delivery received in less than three weeks, compared to the announced four months.
- Delivery deadline met with real-time order tracking.
- Installation was very easy thanks to the explanatory video and the technical assembly instructions.
In short, I am completely satisfied with the product. My space is now waterproof and the result fully meets my expectations. You can see for yourselves in the attached photos.
I would however advise future customers to take precise measurements using a laser rangefinder, as the product corresponds exactly to the dimensions provided.

The installed product perfectly matches the description.
Installed to enclose a covered terrace with 4 covers, the result is impeccable and gives passers-by from a distance the illusion of a real conservatory.
No damage despite various windy spells in the south-west.
Customer service was attentive and enabled us to have an additional triangular panel made to measure, of the same quality, to fill the missing height on one section.
For me, the only thing to improve is the panel height, limited to 250 from memory, which is insufficient.

I was very satisfied with the overall service. The quality of listening and service during the quote, the delivery follow-up and the attentive delivery driver (he suggested I open the package before he left as the box was slightly torn — this attitude is quite rare). I received my order on Wednesday and assembled it today (Saturday).
I am blown away by the quality of the product!
Apart from 5 scuff marks on the translucent section caused by transport of the rolled product.
It is the best compromise for closing the pergola while keeping maximum openness once the structure is rolled up.
During assembly, I genuinely thought the dimensions were wrong due to a gap of around 6cm before final tensioning — you really have to pull to tension it and screw in the side brackets, but at least it is super taut and the result is impeccable.
I will still need to order 2 more covers from you to fully close the pergola and will place the order as soon as the measurements are taken.
