We had a lot of delay in finalising the facade of our house, which led to our pergola being stored in its packaging for 3 years.
Despite our delay, the pergola was intact.
We are very delighted with the materials (very high quality) and with the sales team's support during our installation. Very easy to reach.
It took us 15 days (taking our time) to assemble our pergola with great pride, and after 6 months, we are still very happy with the result.

Nothing to fault with the pergola. The final result is impeccable.
I used your technical assistance during the project development and quote stage.
The exchanges were quick and constructive.
The delivery itself went well.
However it was rescheduled 4 times by the carrier (sometimes even the day before their visit).
That is the only negative point.

We have just started enjoying our new pergola. The installation of the blinds was slightly delayed due to our electrician's intervention. Everything went very smoothly, the parts are easy to assemble and the instructions are clear. Only the triangles still need to be installed. We also realize that the side blinds would have been useful on sunny days. If you have any promotions on this item, could you please let us know? There are just some seals we don't know where to put and the instructions for the triangles are non-existent or we haven't found them. Here are a few photos .

We installed the pergola this autumn over two periods due to the delayed delivery of the ZIP awnings. As for the pergola itself, everything went smoothly. The product is of good quality, no cutting and/or drilling errors, well packaged and well labelled. That said, it is necessary that at least one of the installers be an experienced DIYer (for example to install the wall rail, the foundation of the entire assembly). Moreover, preparatory thinking, at the order stage and then on site, must be carried out with the greatest care (for example: how to deal with defects in the support wall and/or floor).
For the 4 ZIP awnings, installed in a second phase, we encountered some difficulties: end stops in a random position, and above all two faulty remote controls. Both of these items were replaced by your team; for now we have not installed them (planned in the next few weeks).
When faced with our difficulties (particularly with the ZIP awnings), we were able to count on the effective and caring assistance of Mr Nicolas Font.
The final result is very aesthetically pleasing.
Overall rating: 4.75 out of 5. (-0.25 for the issues with the ZIP awnings).
We recommend (and have already recommended) CliKit.

Good evening Mr REGNIER,
I received the missing aluminium slat and I have finished assembling my pergola. I am very pleased with the result. Your product is of very high quality.
I do however have 2/3 remarks that could be areas for improvement:
- Provide assembly instructions adapted to one single product.
- Improve the roof awning fixings. It is really not up to the standard of the rest of the product to have to cut the fixing brackets! I received 2 sets of fixings, leading to hesitation, disassembly, reassembly, and finally having to cut. Fortunately for you I am not billing you for the time spent!!!
- To operate the awnings and lighting I have no fewer than 5 remote controls!!!! including one sent in a separate parcel that is completely useless. You can be sure that when you want to operate a particular function you will grab the wrong controller and search for it. And where do you store them?
Universal remote controls do exist! It would be much more practical. Besides, all 3 awnings are from the same supplier. On the strict condition that this remote control has one button per awning — because when do you actually want to operate all 3 awnings simultaneously and by the same amount?
Please do not see me as too critical — I am genuinely satisfied with the product and friends have already come to see it and may be interested.
