Your CliKIT order delivery

CliKIT is the specialist in ready-to-install kits. To deliver your order to your door, we use a specialized carrier. Delivery is free from €1,500 incl. VAT.

Because an aluminum pergola or a veranda can be complex to transport, we only work with a company specialized in the transport of fragile and bulky products.

Our carrier will contact you by SMS or email to arrange an appointment at least one week before delivery.

Delivery is organized Monday to Friday depending on your area.

Our carrier is equipped with a forklift to deliver as close as possible to your installation site.

Transport with on-board forklift

In order to adapt the mode of transport to your geographical area, it is important to fill in the carrier's accessibility questionnaire correctly. It will be sent to you by email when scheduling your appointment.

Transport is carried out with a 26 or 38-tonne semi-trailer, tarpaulin-covered and equipped with an on-board forklift, guaranteeing delivery as close as possible to your installation site, with optimal safety and reliability conditions.

Given the specifics of delivering various packages, it is important to inform us of any potential access issues: mountainous areas, narrow roads, pedestrian zones, etc.

Free delivery by appointment*

For orders over 40 kg, delivery is handled by a specialized carrier equipped with a forklift for delivery as close as possible to your installation site*. In this case, delivery is by appointment and is free of charge in mainland France and Belgium. We also deliver to other zones (Corsica, Monaco, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, etc.) for which delivery rates are provided upon request.

Free delivery is subject to accessibility conditions at the delivery location (paved road with a minimum width of 3.5 m, the truck must be able to leave moving forward or in reverse over a maximum of 300 m). We can discuss together the various possible solutions if access to your home seems complex.

  • Transport package for high mountain regions with difficult access: €240 incl. VAT
  • Transport package for the Breton islands: upon request
  • Transport package for Paris intra-muros: €192 incl. VAT
  • Transport package for Corsica: €690 incl. VAT
  • Transport package for Luxembourg: free or upon request depending on certain products
  • Transport package and customs documents for Switzerland (delivery only for NPA starting with 1, 2, and 4): €483 excl. VAT**
  • Transport package for non-accessible zones (difficult access, dense urban areas, etc.): upon request
  • Transport package for Monaco: upon request

*Subject to accessibility by a 26-tonne truck.
**Swiss customs duties and VAT remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Lead times depend on the products, but also on the period of your order and may vary according to the season.

Due to a high number of orders during peak season, lead times are liable to be revised upward without notice and are dependent on carrier capacity. If you have specific deadlines, it is important to inform us in advance.

Lead times are provided for information purposes only and are in no way contractual. CliKIT cannot be held responsible for any delay beyond our control (roadworks, bad weather, strikes, etc.).

*For Aluminum Pergolas with Glass Roofing, allow an additional lead time of approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

**For Flat Roof Windows, lead times vary depending on available stock dimensions and selected options.

Manufacturing lead times begin upon payment of your order. The definitive lead time is only known at the start of production, and may vary depending on the season and factory holiday periods. During peak season, an order placed between March and September may see its lead time extended. We recommend placing your order in advance according to the season.

Important notes regarding the receipt of your order

For any order requiring the services of our specialized carrier, the appointment will be scheduled by SMS or email at least one week before your delivery. We thank you for responding promptly to the questionnaire regarding access to your home.

Upon receipt of your order, it is essential to check the general condition of the merchandise packaging in the presence of the delivery driver. Any torn packaging or suspected missing parcel must be mandatorily noted on the delivery note.
For example: "Damaged parcel, risk of defective merchandise."
Please note, the mention "Subject to unpacking" has no legally admissible value.

For proper handling, it is essential to unpack and check the entire contents of your merchandise after delivery. Any damage found must be reported by email to contact@clikit.fr within a 48-hour period following receipt, accompanied by the delivery note and photos expressly stating the reservations.

Glass handling: double glazing is very sensitive on the edges — a single impact is enough to break it. It is important never to rest on a corner when lifting it, and not to use a suction cup to move it. Double glazing must never be laid flat on the ground; it must be stored vertically, protected from the floor and the wall.

Any glazing broken due to mishandling cannot be the responsibility of CliKIT; broken glazing not reported within 48 hours of receipt may be subject to a quote.
