Payment by credit card

Whether you are paying the full amount of your order or a deposit, payment by credit card is the fastest way to have your order processed.

Payment is made on the secure banking servers of our partner (Crédit Agricole). This means that no banking information concerning you passes through the CliKIT website.

Your payment is fully secured, and your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

Please note

Contrary to what one might think, the use of a bank card, particularly Visa or MasterCard, is not unlimited. Each card does indeed have a certain limit which, once exceeded, blocks any withdrawal or payment, even if the customer's account is sufficiently funded. These limits apply to online payments and depend on two main factors:

• The type of bank card chosen
• The agreement concluded between your bank and you

It should be noted that the implementation of these limits helps to reduce the risk of fraudulent use in the event of theft or loss of your bank card.

Bank transfer

You can also pay by bank transfer using the banking details below (also indicated when finalising your order), making sure to include your order reference and your name:

• Crédit Agricole Nord Est: IBAN indicated on your quote

Simply copy this information when creating a new payee account on your online banking or by making a request at your branch. Please note that a bank transfer is generally not processed immediately; please contact your bank for further information on this matter.

Your orders will be processed upon receipt of your bank transfer to our account.

Cheque

We accept cheque payments if the billing address, the delivery address and your bank's registered location are all in France.

Your cheque must be sent with your order reference to the following address:

Upon receipt of your cheque, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt.

Payment in 3 or 4 instalments

We offer you the possibility of paying for pergolas, verandas and veranda roofing kits over €1,200 delivered in Metropolitan France in 3 or 4 instalments. For any other products, do not hesitate to contact us.

To do so, a simple step:

1. You will need to send us a deposit equivalent to 40% of the total amount: this payment can be made using the methods mentioned above, like any standard deposit.
2. Upon delivery, the carrier will ask you to hand over your payments in the form of cheques: please write on the back of each cheque the desired cashing date (we will do our best to comply with it).
