Here is a brief review. Overall rating for finish and quality: 5.
Your assembly documentation is too general. I watched the videos several times and still did not fully understand the order of the steps. The guides for the side panels are insufficient — no cutting tips for fitting the last slat, for example. I am experienced so I found a solution, but if I do it again, I will do things differently. The delivery was on a 6 m pallet; it would have been good to know that in advance. Prices are still a bit high, but a 10% reduction would be more in line with the market. The technical phone support was very good. Your advisors are friendly and offer good solutions. For your information, I have leftover seals and I'm not sure where they were supposed to go.
For your information, the product is of good quality. The finish is great. Installation is straightforward but would benefit from a guide with the key steps tailored to each individual project.

We had to have our pergola custom-made because of our somewhat specific dimensions. We called on clikit and received complete satisfaction. Attentive listening, advice, and in the end a product that met our expectations. A thermally broken pergola which, eventually, we will convert into a veranda. Congratulations to the whole team, thank you once again. A small note: plan to work with two or even three people and allow a full day.

Hello, I would like to share our satisfaction with the climalux product.
The delivery was great, the driver was helpful, just one panel was slightly damaged.
We took our time to assemble it, 3 days for two of us — though I (the wife) didn't do as much as my husband.
We are delighted with the result (photo attached)
It's a shame we had to improvise a little on one side, as the assembly is not designed to have a lateral side against a wall, but we managed.

Hello, I am getting back to you regarding the assembly of the pergola.
Delivery went very smoothly — everything was on pallets, packed in cardboard, well identified in terms of screws. Everything was separated into packets for the seals as well. Just for the assembly, I called in a professional because it needed to be fixed in front of a veranda.
Otherwise, very good quality — even the professional commented on it — and for the price, it remains reasonable.

With some delay and as agreed in our conversations, I am sending you a few photos of our pergola installed on our terrace. Assembly carried out without difficulty by myself with a friend after delivery of the polyurethane panels cut to size. A special mention to the delivery drivers as well as to your entire team — always pleasant, super efficient and professional.
