Overall, assembly is easy if you watch the tutorial; otherwise, using only the included instructions, it is more complicated.
It is easy to find your way around, except for the 3 types of self-drilling screws.

I had a bit of a tough time fitting the cover strips... it took a little soap to slide them in, but it's done... you might perhaps award me the gold medal for the most troublesome customer... (laughing), otherwise I'm very happy with the product, my wife is delighted, the house is only very slightly darker, I'll wait for the sun to see the light effect — today it's raining... we'll see with use whether we add a side panel or not and we'll be in touch again, I'll definitely recommend the product whenever I get the chance, in any case thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your good business sense.

I am sending you a few photos of the assembled Pergola… it is simply magnificent! The finish is excellent, the design flawless… I am fully satisfied!
As possible improvements, I would say that the finishing panels between the crossbeams (the ones held in place by the "suction cup" effect between the seal and the honeycomb panel) could perhaps benefit from a clip system to make them more secure, and the instructions are still quite technical and not always easy to understand.
But this does not detract in any way from the excellence of the product — I would recommend your company without hesitation! (In fact, my brother was won over; I think he will take the plunge)

Hello,
I wanted to share our great satisfaction — the assembly of the Climalux pergola went without a hitch, in just over seven hours with two people.
The product is high quality, well finished and well thought out (e.g. the small bottle for any paint touch-ups and the extra screws); however, you do need to be quite a DIYer to get through some stages of the assembly without difficulty. Any doubts were cleared up with a simple phone call.
The instructions are very precise, but it is helpful to compare them with the videos posted online.
The pergola provides excellent protection; the heat-blocking panels are effective and essential for a south-facing orientation. The value for money is excellent.

Hello Mr. Régnier,
We have been enjoying our pergola for a week now.
For the gutter, we drilled with a hole saw and ran the downpipe through the hole; we sealed it with silicone — so far so good!!
For the wind, we added screws to each panel in addition to the click-fit — and our first gust of wind arrived (70 to 90 km/h) this week and nothing moved.
As we are going on holiday for a week, when we return we will tackle the LEDs and the shade sails — feel free to share any tips you may have.

I found the customer service impeccable. Before placing my order I received answers to all the questions I had. Mr. Régnier sent me the plans I needed for my installation. During assembly I was again able to contact the after-sales service and the response was quick and precise. Product knowledge is excellent.
The pergola assembly is well detailed overall, there is no real difficulty, only the gutter and drainage section which could be more precise. The difference between the 2 adhesives for the plexiglass panels was not straightforward to figure out, but Mr. Régnier was once again able to answer questions quickly.
You never feel abandoned from the ordering stage through to assembly, and clearly you are still there after assembly to gather our feedback.
On the question of value for money, I found nothing better when searching online and after consulting local joiners. The quality of the conservatory is, I find, perfect! So my rating is clear-cut: 5/5
It is a pleasure to find reliable companies that sell quality products with impeccable follow-up.
I will make sure to give you good word-of-mouth recommendations, believe me.

The pergola is assembled. It is superb and of good quality.
Being retired, I took my time.
Assembly is very straightforward, just a few minor difficulties due to the shared hedge and the fact that it is attached to the garage. I had to cut a small part of the rafter on the garage side in order to clip it onto the gutter.
