  • PX support posts in aluminium measuring 110 x 141mm with a length of 2500mm, cuttable to size on request, fixed by provided socket plates (Maximum width between posts: 4 m)
  • Rainwater drainage with an 80mm diameter integrated into one of the posts of your choice
  • GDG aluminium powder-coated gutter profile with a height of 162mm and a depth of 222mm
  • CL32 clamping clips for 32mm panels
  • Roof pitch: customizable between 5° and 20°

The insulating properties of the Structure X TOP X7 32mm cellular panels make them one of the most popular panels on the veranda and carport market. The TOP X7 32mm Opal or Clear panel has a U value of 1.2 W/m2.K.

The 32mm REFLEX PEARL Polycarbonate - Opal Anti-heat

Thanks to its co-extruded reflective outer layer, the REFLEX PEARL panel reflects up to 82% of heat and offers a light transmission of 12%! In winter, you enjoy very good insulation, and in summer, the temperature under your carport is pleasant thanks to its reflective properties.

The PERGOTOP 32mm soundproofing Sandwich Panel is specially designed to provide optimal insulation thanks to its extruded polystyrene insulating foam bonded between two pre-lacquered aluminium sheets. Its good insulation coefficient is complemented by high resistance to UV rays. View our photos>

Composed of a soft membrane on the exterior side and a scratch-resistant coating or an identical membrane on its inner face, the PERGOTOP Soft Sandwich Panel effectively dampens contact noises such as rain or hail. Its Soft soundproofing layer absorbs acoustic energy optimally, available in 1 or 2 layer versions depending on your needs.

Our aluminium carports are guaranteed for 10 years and comply with the strictest European standards. The aluminium profiles are powder-coated and carry the QUALICOAT LABEL certification.

Snow load: unless otherwise specified, load calculations are made with a snow load in accordance with current standards. Please notify us for altitudes above 800 metres.

The span has been calculated with a snow load of 350 Newtons (± 35 kg/m²).

The deflection of the load-bearing profiles does not exceed 1/200th for a standard panel width of 980mm and a thickness of 32mm.
