The CLIMALUX Freestanding Carport offers the ideal solution to protect your vehicle (car, van, motorhome, motorcycle, scooter, etc.) from bad weather such as rain, hail or snow. It also allows you to protect it from heat and sun exposure.

The CLIMALUX is an aluminum carport featuring a custom cold-series freestanding profile system designed for easy and quick assembly. No need to fix the structure to the wall — a new carrier profile replaces the wall profile to support the roof. The whole forms a completely independent island!

The simplicity of the system allows for multiple construction possibilities. The CLIMALUX Freestanding Car Shelter respects your budget and excels in its simplicity, professionalism and aesthetics.

A polycarbonate roof more resistant than glass

Polyclear" polycarbonate panels are ultra-strong: up to 250 times more resistant than glass.

They also offer a key advantage for fire safety thanks to the self-extinguishing property of the polycarbonate raw material and its resistance to high temperatures. See our photos>

The insulating properties of the Structure X TOP X7 16mm multi-wall panels make them one of the most popular panels on the veranda and carport market. The TOP X7 16mm Opal or Clear panel has a U-value of 2.1 W/m².K.

The 16mm REFLEX PEARL Polycarbonate - Opal Anti-heat

Thanks to its co-extruded reflective outer layer, the REFLEX PEARL panel reflects up to 81% of heat and offers a light transmission of 28%! In winter, you benefit from very good insulation, and in summer, the temperature under your carport is pleasant thanks to its reflective properties.

The PERGOTOP 16mm Sandwich Panel

The PERGOTOP 16mm Soundproofing Sandwich Panel is specially designed to provide optimal insulation thanks to its extruded polystyrene insulating foam bonded between two pre-lacquered aluminum sheets. Its good insulation coefficient is complemented by high resistance to UV rays. See our photos>

The scratch-resistant coating ensures you can enjoy your carport without worry. The sandwich panels are installed in exactly the same way as the other panels.

The 3P Clear or Opal 16mm Panel

With the 3P Clear or Opal 16mm Panel, enjoy the best transparency and optimal light transmission! Its multi-wall structure offers many advantages. It has very high impact resistance, up to 250 times stronger than glass! Equipped with an anti-UV coating, there is no discoloration or loss of clarity, and light diffusion is durably guaranteed. Furthermore, its protective coating and the large size of its cells effectively limit condensation effects.

32mm thick Polycarbonate available on request

Warranties

Our aluminum carports are guaranteed for 10 years and comply with the strictest European standards. The aluminum profiles are powder-coated and carry the QUALICOAT LABEL.

Snow load: unless otherwise specified by you, load calculations are made with a snow load in accordance with current standards. Please inform us of altitudes above 800 meters.

The span has been calculated with a snow load of 350 Newtons (± 35 kg/m²).

The deflection of the carriers does not exceed 1/200th for a standard panel width of 980mm and a thickness of 16mm.

Hello, I have finished assembling my Carport.
As for the rating I would give 4/5, in terms of value for money it is very good, I just have a slight reservation about the assembly instructions which are not very clear. There is a lot of information and you have to juggle with the video, but it can still be done very easily. Otherwise I am very satisfied with all our exchanges before and during manufacturing.
It took me about a day to complete the assembly.
I am attaching 2 photos of the assembled Carport.
