The CLIMALUX is an aluminum pergola featuring a custom-made cold-series freestanding profile system designed for easy and quick assembly. No need to fix the structure to a wall — a new load-bearing profile replaces the wall profile to support the roof. The whole forms a completely independent island!

The simplicity of the system allows for a variety of constructions. The CLIMALUX Terrace Shelter respects your budget and excels in its simplicity, professionalism, and aesthetics.

  • Powder-coated aluminum structure with the QUALICOAT LABEL, cut to your measurements on request
  • PX aluminum support posts of 110 x 141mm with a length of 2500mm, cuttable on request, fixed with supplied pin hinges (maximum width between posts: 4 m)
  • Integrated rainwater drainage with an 80mm diameter on one post of your choice
  • GX powder-coated aluminum gutter profile alone or, optionally, with its SOFTLINE GLX / TRADITION GR trim profiles
  • CL16 clamping clips for 16mm aluminum panels
  • Roof pitch: customizable between 5° and 10°

A polycarbonate roof more resistant than glass

Polyclear" polycarbonate panels are ultra-strong: up to 250 times more resistant than glass.

The insulating properties of the Structure X TOP X7 16mm multi-wall panels make them one of the most popular panels on the veranda and pergola market. The TOP X7 16mm Opal or Clear panel has a U-value of 2.1 W/m².K.

The 16mm REFLEX PEARL Polycarbonate - Opal Anti-Heat

Thanks to its co-extruded, reflective outer layer, the REFLEX PEARL panel reflects up to 81% of heat and offers a light transmission of 28%! In winter, you benefit from excellent insulation, and in summer, the temperature under your pergola is comfortable thanks to its reflective properties.

The PERGOTOP 16mm soundproofing Sandwich Panel is specially designed to provide optimal insulation thanks to its extruded polystyrene insulating foam bonded between two pre-lacquered aluminum panels. Its excellent insulation coefficient is complemented by high UV resistance. View our photos>

The scratch-resistant coating ensures you can enjoy your pergola without worry. The sandwich panels are assembled in exactly the same way as the other panels.

The 3P Clear or Opal 16mm Panel

With the 3P Clear or Opal 16mm Panel, enjoy the best transparency and optimal light transmission! Its multi-wall structure offers numerous advantages. It provides very high impact resistance — up to 250 times more resistant than glass! Equipped with an anti-UV coating, there is no discoloration or loss of clarity, and light diffusion is durably guaranteed. Moreover, its protective coating and the large dimensions of its cells effectively limit condensation effects.

32mm thick polycarbonate available on request

Nothing to criticize about the pergola. The final result is impeccable.

The pergola is assembled and everything went very smoothly from start to finish, the delivery was perfect at the date and time indicated by a very pleasant and helpful driver.
I needed some help by phone for a few questions, Mr. Font and Mr. Cavaillé were very helpful, attentive, and patient with me to explain everything clearly so that the assembly would be perfect.
The only small downside is the instruction manual, which I find quite complicated to understand at times, between the top views, side views, etc.

Hello, the assembly is finished and went well. The only improvement I would suggest as a customer would be, where possible, to tailor the assembly instructions to the model purchased by the customer, because finding the right drawing or cross-section among the different versions is really not easy. I am very satisfied with the quality and the look of the product, and I am currently fitting out an outdoor kitchen.
