The CLIMALUX is an aluminium pergola featuring a custom-designed cold-break freestanding profile system engineered for easy and quick assembly. No need to fix the structure to the wall — a new load-bearing profile replaces the wall profile to support the roof. The whole structure forms a fully independent island!

The simplicity of the system allows for multiple construction configurations. The CLIMALUX Terrace Shelter respects your budget and excels in its simplicity, professionalism and aesthetics.

  • Thermolacquered aluminium structure benefiting from the QUALICOAT LABEL, cut to your measurements on request
  • PX aluminium support posts of 110 x 141mm with a length of 2500mm cuttable on request, fixed by supplied pad fixings (Maximum width between posts: 4 m)
  • Rainwater drainage with an 80mm diameter integrated into one post of your choice
  • GX aluminium thermolacquered gutter profile alone or, with a choice of its decorative profiles SOFTLINE GLX / TRADITION GR
  • CL16 clamping clips for 16mm aluminium panels
  • Roof pitch: customizable between 5° and 10°
  • Torx stainless steel screws included, lacquered in the color of your pergola

A polycarbonate roof more resistant than glass

Polyclear" polycarbonate panels are ultra-strong: up to 250 times more resistant than glass.

The insulating properties of the Structure X TOP X7 16mm cellular panels make them one of the most popular panels on the veranda and pergola market. The TOP X7 16mm Opal or Clear panel has a U-value of 2.1 W/m².K.

The 16mm REFLEX PEARL Polycarbonate - Opal Anti-Heat

Thanks to its co-extruded, reflective outer layer, the REFLEX PEARL panel reflects up to 81% of heat and offers a light transmission of 28%! In winter, you enjoy very good insulation, and in summer, the temperature under your pergola is pleasant thanks to its reflective properties.

The PERGOTOP 16mm soundproofing Sandwich Panel is specially designed to provide optimal insulation thanks to its extruded polystyrene insulating foam bonded between two pre-lacquered aluminium panels. The 3P Clear or Opal 16mm Panel

With the 3P Clear or Opal 16mm Panel, enjoy the best transparency and optimal light transmission! Its cellular structure offers numerous advantages. It has very high impact resistance — up to 250 times stronger than glass! Fitted with an anti-UV coating, there is no discoloration or loss of clarity, and light diffusion is durably guaranteed. Furthermore, its protective coating and the large size of its cells effectively limit condensation effects.

The only minor downside is the assembly instructions, which I find quite difficult to understand at times — between the top views, side views, etc.

Hello, the assembly is complete and went well. The only improvement I would suggest as a customer would be, where possible, to tailor the assembly instructions to the model purchased by the customer — finding the right drawing or cross-section among the different versions is really not easy.
