Our aluminium pergolas come with a 10-year warranty and comply with the strictest European standards. The aluminium profiles are powder-coated and carry the QUALICOAT LABEL.

Snow load: unless otherwise specified, load calculations are performed with a snow load according to current standards. Please inform us of altitudes above 800 meters.

The span was calculated with a snow load of 350 Newtons (± 35 kg/m²).

The deflection of the load-bearing profiles does not exceed 1/200th for a standard panel width of 980mm and a thickness of 16mm.

We experienced a significant delay in completing the facade of our house, which resulted in our pergola being stored in its packaging for 3 years.
Despite the delay on our part, the pergola was intact.

Hello,
The pergola with the glass curtains is now installed and we thank you for your support throughout all the stages.
The rating is 4 for the quality of the pergola, the lead times, and the custom sizing. After one winter season and one summer season, it has not moved and everything is perfectly watertight. However, the missing point relates to the rollers on the glass panels, which are difficult to adjust and do not hold well over time. We need to redo the height adjustments too frequently.

I ordered a veranda which arrived on time.
The product is good but I had issues with the polycarbonate panels supplied by a Clikit subcontractor.
Panels had to be replaced twice as they were poorly blown on the inside.
The sales team is responsive and the Clikit managers reacted directly. Despite the hassle and extended delays this caused, I would like to thank them as such responsiveness is becoming rare these days.
After the second time a panel arrived defective, they made a goodwill gesture on behalf of their company and their subcontractors.
Summary: good product, excellent customer relations and after-sales service.
