A polycarbonate roof more resistant than glass

EXOLON polycarbonate sheets are ultra strong: up to 250 times more resistant than glass. Made up of a triple-wall 16mm thickness, its X-structure provides increased rigidity.

It combines high light transmission, good thermal insulation, and excellent weather resistance. This polycarbonate sheet is lightweight, impact-resistant, and easy to install.

They also offer a key advantage for fire safety thanks to the self-extinguishing property of the polycarbonate raw material and its resistance to high temperatures.

Warranties

This aluminium pergola model comes with a 10-year guarantee and meets the strictest European standards. The aluminium profiles are powder-coated and carry the QUALICOAT LABEL.

Snow load: unless otherwise specified, load calculations are performed with a snow load in accordance with current standards. Please notify us of altitudes above 800 metres.

The span has been calculated with a minimum snow load of 350 Newtons (± 35kg/m²).

The deflection of the load-bearing profiles does not exceed 1/200th for a standard sheet width of 980mm and a thickness of 16mm.
