No damaged packages at first glance — I will wait until the weather is nice to unpack everything and check.

Very good product. We had several quotes done which were far too high for our budget given the atypical dimensions of our façade.
The customer service team and the various contacts we dealt with were all very professional. They gave us really excellent advice and guidance, and everything went very smoothly.
2 months wait for delivery.
And 4 people for the assembly, noting that my husband had prepared all the fixings, parts to fit together, seals, etc. in advance.
We opted for a pergola with polycarbonate panels for more light and light-coloured curtains (washable) to keep it cool.
We also chose the lattice screen option on the side.
The finishes are beautiful, the product is of good quality, and we are delighted with our pergola on which we plan to add a few more options over the years.

I rarely leave reviews, but here I just have to say thank you to Nicolas, Cédric and Olivier for all the advice, which was invaluable to me from design to completion.
I went for a CLIMALUX LARGE AREA PERGOLA
Of course, doing it alone is nearly impossible — it's better to get help from people who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Thanks to the tutorials and the instruction manual, but it's better to have watched the tutorials several times before getting started, then to have your screwdriver batteries fully charged and finally to have enough driver bits for screwing.
If the tutorial only lasts 20 minutes, in reality it will take much longer, but it's really worth it.
In short, by taking your time the result is there and I am truly happy and satisfied.
Of course I can only RECOMMEND the CLIKIT website (something I never miss an opportunity to do when the question comes up)

As you can see, the pergola is finally up!
And the result is fully up to our expectations.
The manufacturing quality is excellent, the machining is perfect — and the best example of this is the ease with which the glazing beads slot into the wall profile or the gutter to give a perfectly flush finish and perfect spacing for laying the panels.
All parts are the right dimensions, and the paint is very resistant.
The whole thing comes with all the accessories needed for a very solid assembly, particularly the anchoring of the posts to the ground and the joining of the parts together, which becomes very rigid once all the screws are in place.
It does take time to identify all the parts and map them to the plan, but this preparatory work is essential, as is watching the short assembly tutorial videos to do everything in the right order.
The instructions are very detailed but would benefit from providing a chronological step-by-step checklist "step by step" (unpack, identify, start by not forgetting to place such a part before such another, etc.)
It is true that the advice readily given over the phone at the slightest problem is a great help and comes from friendly people who have actually assembled this pergola themselves.
Bravo for your organization, the very professional use of the IT tools you have and the instant connections with your suppliers and the delivery service.

I wanted to share our great satisfaction — the assembly of the Climalux pergola went smoothly, in just over seven hours with two people.
The product is quality, well finished and well thought out (see the small touch-up paint bottle and the extra screws); however, you need to be fairly handy to get through certain assembly stages without difficulty. The few doubts we had were resolved with a simple phone call.
The instructions are very precise, but it is good to compare them with the videos available online.
The pergola provides good protection, the heat-resistant panels are effective and essential for a south-facing orientation. The value for money is excellent.

We have been enjoying our pergola for a week now.
For the gutter, we drilled with a hole saw and fed the downpipe through the hole; we sealed it with silicone — so far so good!!
For the wind, we added screws to each panel in addition to the click system!!!! and our first gust of wind arrived (70 to 90 km/h) this week and nothing moved.
As we are going on holiday for a week, when we get back we will tackle the LEDs and the shade sails — don't hesitate to share your tips with us.

I found the customer service impeccable. Before placing my order I had all my questions answered. Mr. Régnier sent me the plans I needed for my installation. During assembly I was again able to contact after-sales service and the response was quick and precise. The product knowledge is excellent.
The pergola assembly instructions are well detailed overall — there is no real difficulty, only the gutter and drainage section which could be more precise. The difference between the 2 adhesives for the Plexiglas panels was not obvious to work out, but Mr. Régnier was again able to answer questions quickly.
You never feel left on your own from the ordering stage through to assembly, and you are clearly still here after assembly to gather our feedback.
On the question of value for money, I found nothing better when searching online and after consulting local joiners. The quality of the conservatory is, I feel, perfect! So my rating is clear-cut: 5/5.
It is pleasing to find serious companies that sell quality products with impeccable follow-up.
I will make sure to spread the word about you around me, believe me.

Yes, the assembly went well but is not entirely finished — I still have the roof blind to install and then a few terrace finishing touches to redo.
Otherwise, nothing to report — everything went smoothly from the order to the delivery and the assembly. I may have got a bit carried away ordering the roof blind and I'm wondering about how useful it will be... but that is not your fault.
I will send you photos as soon as everything is finished (work planned for this spring).
