  • Modular Climacrown fascia in thermolacquered aluminium, made up of one or more profiles with a height of 150 or 225mm (maximum length of 7 m)

The PERGOTOP 16mm soundproofing Sandwich Panel is specially designed for optimal insulation thanks to its extruded polystyrene insulating foam bonded between two pre-lacquered aluminium sheets. Its good insulation coefficient is complemented by high UV resistance. View our photos>

With the 3P Clear or Opal 16mm Panel, enjoy the best transparency and optimal light transmission! Its cellular structure offers numerous advantages. It has very high impact resistance, up to 250 times more resistant than glass! Fitted with an anti-UV layer, there is no discolouration or loss of clarity, and light diffusion is durably guaranteed. Moreover, its protective coating and the large dimensions of its cells effectively limit condensation effects.

Warranties

Our aluminium pergolas are guaranteed for 10 years and meet the strictest European standards. The aluminium profiles are powder-coated and carry the QUALICOAT LABEL.

Snow overload: unless otherwise indicated by you, load calculations are performed with a snow load in accordance with applicable standards. Please inform us of altitudes above 800 metres.

The span has been calculated with a snow load of 350 Newtons (± 35 kg/m²).

The deflection of the load-bearing profiles does not exceed 1/200th for a standard panel width of 980mm and a thickness of 16mm.

Hello,
Here is a brief feedback. Overall rating for finish and quality: 5.
Your assembly documentation is too general. I watched the videos several times and still did not fully understand the order of the steps. The guides for the side panels are insufficient — no cutting tips for fitting the last slat, for example. I am experienced so I found a solution, but if I did it again, I would not do the same thing. The delivery came on a 6-metre pallet, which would have been good to know in advance. The prices are still a bit high, but a 10% reduction would be more in line with the market. The telephone technical support was very good. Your advisors are friendly and offer good solutions. For information, I have leftover seals and I am not sure whether I was supposed to install them somewhere.
For the record, the product is of good quality. The finish is great. Assembly is easy but would benefit from a guide with the major steps tailored to each individual project.
