The CLIMAX Terrace Roof offers the ideal solution for extending your home in the form of an aluminum pergola, carport, or for fitting out your terrace. If fitted with sliding bay windows, the CLIMAX can perfectly serve as a heated living space.

The CLIMAX is an aluminum pergola featuring a self-supporting custom thermal break profile system designed for easy and quick assembly.

The combination of aluminum and PVC provides much better thermal insulation thanks to its co-extruded PVC lower profiles. These further limit the transmission of outside temperature absorbed by the aluminum of the upper clips.

The CLIMAX Terrace Shelter respects your budget and excels in its simplicity, professionalism, and aesthetics.

A reinforced aluminum structure

  • Powder-coated aluminum structure with the QUALICOAT LABEL, cut to your measurements on request
  • PX aluminum support posts of 110 x 197mm with a length of 2500mm, cuttable to size on request, fixed by supplied floor sockets (Maximum width between posts: 4 m)
  • Rainwater drainage with an 80mm diameter integrated into one of the posts of your choice
  • GD1 gutter profile in powder-coated aluminum with a height of 102mm and a depth of 235mm
  • CL32 clamping clips for 32mm panels
  • Roof pitch: customizable between 5° and 45°
  • Stainless steel Torx screws included, lacquered to match the color of your pergola

The insulating properties of the Structure X TOP X7 32mm honeycomb panels make them one of the most popular panels on the veranda and pergola market. The TOP X7 32mm Opal or Clear panel has a U value of 1.2 W/m².K.

The 32mm REFLEX PEARL Polycarbonate - Opal Anti-heat

Thanks to its co-extruded reflective outer layer, the REFLEX PEARL panel reflects up to 82% of heat and offers a light transmission of 12%! In winter, you enjoy very good insulation, and in summer, the temperature under your pergola is pleasant thanks to its reflective characteristics.

The PERGOTOP 32mm soundproofing Sandwich Panel is specially designed to provide optimal insulation thanks to its extruded polystyrene foam bonded between two pre-lacquered aluminum sheets. Its good insulation coefficient is complemented by high UV resistance. See our photos>

Made up of a soft membrane on the exterior side and an anti-scratch coating or an identical membrane on its inner face, the PERGOTOP Soft Sandwich Panel effectively reduces contact noise such as rain or hail. Guarantees

Our aluminum pergolas are guaranteed for 10 years and comply with the strictest European standards. The aluminum profiles are powder-coated and carry the QUALICOAT LABEL.

Snow load: unless otherwise specified, load calculations are made with a snow load in accordance with current standards. Please inform us of altitudes above 800 metres.

The span has been calculated with a snow load of 350 Newtons (± 35 kg/m²).

The deflection of the load-bearing profiles does not exceed 1/200th for a standard panel width of 980mm and a thickness of 32mm.
