BRIGHTON V1 Entry Porch Version on Low Wall

The BRIGHTON V1 Entry Porch on Low Wall features a three-panel diamond-point roof. A premium entry porch designed with quality materials, the BRIGHTON model adapts to all house styles while offering additional living space at an always unbeatable price!

Square or rectangular by default, the window frames, assembled and screwed onto an aluminium framework, are made of reinforced multi-chamber 70mm PVC. The roof structure is aluminium and the capping is PVC, and the roof pitch can vary from 15° to 25°. You must therefore have at least 2.80m on the façade of your house to install this type of entry porch.

Thanks to its unique assembly concept, the installation of your entry porch is simplified. Each element is numbered and identified on a personalised assembly plan. For your comfort, you have the choice between a 25/32mm polycarbonate roof or 24mm double glazing.

A unique roofing concept

The BRIGHTON Model Entry Porch features a reinforced aluminium roof structure with PVC-U caps.

The multi-chamber caps act as an additional insulating layer and increase the overall roof performance. The aluminium wall plate ensures the support of your roof and the PVC rainwater downpipe is aesthetically pleasing and discreet.

The combination of aluminium and PVC ensures much better thermal insulation thanks to the PVC capping. This further limits the transmission of outside temperature absorbed by the aluminium structure. This forms a thermal barrier known as a thermal break.

Thanks to the properties of PVC, thermal performance is optimised and the level of condensation is greatly reduced.

Aluminium and PVC: the perfect combination

Airtightness, energy efficiency, security, style and elegance: our frames have all the assets to withstand external elements (wind, snow, pollution, sea spray, etc.).

Your entry porch is fitted with DECEUNINCK reinforced multi-chamber 70mm PVC frames, mounted on an aluminium framework, offering exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation quality, easy maintenance, impact resistance and anti-condensation properties.

The PVC frames are assembled, then screwed by you onto an aluminium framework to rigidify the whole structure.

Your choice of opening can include French-style casements, or sliding panels, top-hung transom casements, as well as French-style or sliding opening windows.

A polycarbonate roof more resistant than glass

Polyclear" polycarbonate panels are ultra strong: up to 250 times more resistant than glass.

They also offer a key advantage for fire safety thanks to the self-extinguishing property of the polycarbonate raw material and its resistance to high temperatures.

The COMFORT Pack: 25 and 32mm Anti-UV Polycarbonate 

The MARLON ST 25 and 32mm roofing panels are UV-treated and guaranteed anti-yellowing. This polycarbonate is highly impact-resistant and provides thermal insulation of 1.25 W/m²K or 1.4 W/m²K. It is available in Clear, Opal or SolarControl (opaque).

These panels provide natural light with minimal heat loss for a better overall energy balance.

The LUX Pack: 24mm Insulating Double Glazing

This option allows you to replace the polycarbonate with a 24mm Argon gas-reinforced PLANITHERM double-glazing roof. For maximum brightness and optimal insulation, treat yourself to the LUX Pack.

Depending on the orientation of your roof, anti-heat glazing should be preferred in order to maximise control of solar heat gain in summer.

Low-emissivity double glazing for enhanced insulation

The Saint-Gobain PLANITHERM ULTRA N 28mm (4-20-4) double glazing is a low-emissivity glass.

Thanks to a chemical treatment, this glazing has the ability to repel the majority of heat energy towards the warmest point.

Filling with Argon gas provides a much lower thermal inertia than that of air used in standard glazing.

Thanks to this gas, your glazing will heat up or cool down much more slowly than standard double glazing.

My project was "very small" but everything went perfectly, from the advice on building the base to the finishing of the assembly and the receipt of the pallet! All the instructions (or advice) found on the website allow for easy construction, and I was particularly touched by Mr Olivier REGNIER's response to a question arising from the peculiarity of the small size of this construction.
I can provide a photo of the finished result, but I think it would be disproportionate compared to what is visible on your website, where one can admire grandiose achievements.
