BRIGHTON V3 Entry Porch Full Base Version

The BRIGHTON V3 Entry Porch Full Base Version features a three-pitch diamond-point roof. A premium entry porch designed with quality materials, the BRIGHTON model adapts to all house styles while offering additional living space at an unbeatable price!

Square or rectangular in base, the window frames, assembled and screwed onto an aluminum framework, are made of reinforced multi-chamber 70mm PVC. The roof structure is aluminum and the capping is PVC, and the roof pitch can range from 15° to 25°. You therefore need at least 2.80m on the facade of your house to install this type of entry porch.

Thanks to its unique assembly concept, the installation of your entry porch is simplified. Each element is numbered and identified on a personalized assembly plan. For your convenience, you have the choice between a 25/32mm polycarbonate roof or 24mm double glazing.

A unique roof concept

The BRIGHTON Model Entry Porch features a reinforced aluminum roof structure with PVC-U caps.

The multi-chamber caps act as an additional insulating layer and increase the overall performance of the roof. The aluminum wall plate ensures the hold of your roof and the PVC rainwater downpipe is aesthetically pleasing and discreet.

The combination of aluminum and PVC provides much better thermal insulation thanks to the PVC capping. This capping further limits the transmission of the outside temperature absorbed by the aluminum structure. This forms a thermal barrier known as a thermal break.

Thanks to the properties of PVC, thermal performance is optimized and the level of condensation is significantly reduced.

Aluminum and PVC: the perfect combination

Waterproofing, energy efficiency, security, style and elegance: our frames have all the assets to withstand external elements (wind, snow, pollution, sea spray, etc.).

Your entry porch is fitted with reinforced DECEUNINCK multi-chamber 70mm PVC frames, mounted on an aluminum frame, offering exceptional thermal and sound insulation quality, easy maintenance, impact resistance and anti-condensation properties.

The PVC frames are assembled and then screwed by you onto an aluminum framework to rigidify the whole structure.

Your choice of opening can include inward-opening or sliding panels, top-hung transom vents, as well as inward-opening or sliding casement windows.

A polycarbonate roof more resistant than glass

Polyclear" polycarbonate panels are ultra-strong: up to 250 times more resistant than glass.

They also offer a key advantage for fire safety thanks to the self-extinguishing property of the polycarbonate raw material and its resistance to high temperatures.

The COMFORT Pack: 25 and 32mm Anti-UV Polycarbonate 

MARLON ST polycarbonate roof panels of 25 and 32mm are UV-treated and guaranteed anti-yellowing. This polycarbonate is highly impact-resistant and provides thermal insulation of 1.25 W/m²K or 1.4 W/m²K. It is available in Clear, Opal or SolarControl (opaque).

These panels provide natural lighting with minimal heat loss for a better overall energy balance.

The LUX Pack: 24mm Insulating Double Glazing

This option allows you to replace the polycarbonate with a PLANITHERM 24mm double glazing roof reinforced with Argon gas. For maximum brightness and optimal insulation, treat yourself to the LUX Pack.

Depending on the orientation of your roof, anti-heat glazing is recommended to maximize control of solar gain in summer.

Low-emissivity double glazing for enhanced insulation

The Saint-Gobain PLANITHERM ULTRA N double glazing of 28mm (4-20-4) is a low-emissivity glass.

Thanks to a chemical treatment, this glazing has the ability to deflect the majority of heat towards the warmest point.

Argon gas filling provides a much lower thermal inertia than the air used in standard double glazing.

Thanks to this gas, your glazing will heat up or cool down much more slowly than standard double glazing.

My project was "very small" but everything went perfectly, from the advice on building the base to the finishing of the assembly and the receipt of the pallet! All the instructions (or advice) found on the website allow for easy construction, and I was particularly touched by Mr Olivier REGNIER's response to a question arising from the peculiarity of the small size of this construction.
