BRIGHTON V2 Conservatory Full Glazing Version

The outdoor life at the heart of your home

The BRIGHTON V2 Conservatory Full Glazing Version features a three-pitched diamond-point roof. A high-end conservatory designed with quality materials, the BRIGHTON model adapts to all house styles, offering additional living space at an always unbeatable price!

With a square or rectangular base, the window frames, assembled and screwed onto an aluminium framework, are made of reinforced multi-chamber 70mm PVC. The roof structure is aluminium with PVC casing, and the roof pitch can vary from 15° to 25°. You must therefore have at least 2.80m on the facade of your house to install this type of conservatory.

Thanks to its unique assembly concept, the installation of your conservatory will be simplified. Each element is numbered and identified on a personalized assembly plan. For your comfort, you can choose between a 25/32mm polycarbonate roof or 24mm double glazing.

A unique roofing concept

The BRIGHTON kit conservatory features a reinforced aluminium roof structure with PVC-U caps.

The multi-chamber caps act as an additional insulating layer and increase the overall performance of the roof. The aluminium wall plate ensures the support of your roof and the PVC rainwater downpipe is aesthetic and discreet.

The combination of aluminium and PVC ensures much better thermal insulation thanks to the PVC casing. The latter further limits the transmission of the outside temperature that is absorbed by the aluminium structure. This forms a thermal barrier known as a thermal break.

Thanks to the properties of PVC, thermal performance is optimised and the level of condensation is greatly reduced.

Aluminium and PVC: the perfect combination

Watertightness, energy efficiency, security, style and elegance: our frames have all the assets to withstand external elements (wind, snow, pollution, sea spray, etc.).

Your conservatory is equipped with DECEUNINCK multi-chamber 70mm reinforced PVC frames, mounted on an aluminium framework, offering exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation quality, easy maintenance, impact resistance and anti-condensation properties.

The PVC frames are assembled, then screwed by yourself onto an aluminium framework to stiffen the whole structure.

Your choice of opening can include inward-opening or sliding casements, top-hung transom vents, as well as inward-opening or sliding windows.

A polycarbonate roof more resistant than glass

Polyclear" polycarbonate panels are ultra-strong: up to 250 times more resistant than glass.

They also offer a key advantage for fire safety thanks to the self-extinguishing characteristic of the polycarbonate raw material and its resistance to high temperatures.

The COMFORT Pack: Anti-UV 25 and 32mm Polycarbonate 

The MARLON ST 25 and 32mm roofing panels are UV-treated and guaranteed against yellowing. This polycarbonate is highly impact-resistant and provides thermal insulation of 1.25 W/m²K or 1.4 W/m²K. It is available in Clear, Opal or SolarControl (opaque).

These panels provide natural light with minimal heat loss for a better overall energy balance.

The LUX Pack: 24mm insulating double glazing

This option allows you to replace the polycarbonate with a PLANITHERM 24mm Argon gas-reinforced double-glazed roof. For maximum brightness and optimal insulation, treat yourself to the LUX Pack.

Depending on the orientation of your roof, a heat-control glazing is recommended in order to maximise control of solar heat gain in summer.

Low-emissivity double glazing for enhanced insulation

The Saint-Gobain PLANITHERM ULTRA N 28mm double glazing (4-20-4) is a low-emissivity glass.

Thanks to a chemical treatment, this glazing has the ability to repel the majority of heat towards the hottest point.

Argon gas filling provides much lower thermal inertia than that of the air used in standard glazing.

Thanks to this gas, your glazing will heat up or cool down much more slowly than standard double glazing.

My project was "very small" but everything went perfectly, from the advice on building the base to the finishing of the assembly and the receipt of the pallet! All the instructions (or advice) found on the website allow for easy construction, and I was particularly touched by Mr Olivier REGNIER's response to a question arising from the peculiarity of the small size of this construction.
I can provide a photo of the finished result, but I think it would be disproportionate compared to what is visible on your website, where one can admire grandiose achievements.
