BRIGHTON V3 Conservatory Full Base Panel Version

Outdoor living at the heart of your home

The BRIGHTON V3 Full Base Panel Conservatory features a three-panel diamond-point roof. A premium conservatory designed with quality materials, the BRIGHTON model adapts to all house styles, offering additional living space at an unbeatable price!

With a square or rectangular base, the window frames, assembled and screwed onto an aluminium framework, are made of 70mm multi-chamber reinforced PVC. The roof structure is aluminium and the capping is PVC, and the roof pitch can vary from 15° to 25°. You must therefore have at least 2.80m on the facade of your house to install this type of conservatory.

Thanks to its unique assembly concept, installing your conservatory will be simplified. Each element is numbered and identified on a personalised assembly plan. For your convenience, you can choose between a 25/32mm polycarbonate roof or 24mm double glazing.

A unique roof concept

The BRIGHTON kit conservatory features a reinforced aluminium roof structure with PVC-U caps.

The multi-chamber caps act as an additional insulating layer and increase the overall performance of the roof. The aluminium wall plate ensures your roof is held in place, and the PVC downpipe is both attractive and discreet.

The combination of aluminium and PVC ensures much better thermal insulation thanks to the PVC capping. This further limits the transmission of the external temperature absorbed by the aluminium structure, forming a thermal barrier known as a thermal break.

Thanks to the properties of PVC, thermal performance is optimised and the level of condensation is significantly reduced.

Custom-designed profiles

  • Double-chamber PVC-U cap for improved thermal performance and reduced condensation risk
  • Variable clip positions for perfect glazing adjustment
  • Lugs on the cap for reinforced and secure hold
  • Aluminium frame guaranteeing greater resistance
  • Discreet 10mm seal that adapts to the roof tolerance
  • Multiple chamber concealed under the seals for secondary drainage
  • Wide capping for greater stability
  • PVC-U capping for improved aesthetics

Aluminium and PVC: the perfect combination

Weatherproofing, energy efficiency, security, style and elegance: our frames have all the assets to withstand external elements (wind, snow, pollution, sea spray, etc.).

Your conservatory is fitted with 70mm multi-chamber reinforced DECEUNINCK PVC frames, mounted on an aluminium framework, offering exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation quality, easy maintenance, impact resistance and anti-condensation properties.

The PVC frames are assembled, then screwed by you onto an aluminium framework to rigidify the whole structure.

Your choice of opening can include French casement windows, sliding windows, transom vent windows, as well as French or sliding opening windows.

A polycarbonate roof more resistant than glass

The Polyclear" polycarbonate panels are ultra-strong: up to 250 times more resistant than glass.

They also offer a crucial fire safety advantage thanks to the self-extinguishing properties of the polycarbonate raw material and its resistance to high temperatures.

The CONFORT Pack: 25 and 32mm Anti-UV Polycarbonate

The MARLON ST roof panels in 25 and 32mm are UV-treated and guaranteed anti-yellowing. This polycarbonate is highly impact-resistant and provides thermal insulation of 1.25 W/m²K or 1.4 W/m²K. It is available in Clear, Opal or SolarControl (opaque).

These panels provide natural lighting with minimal heat loss for a better overall energy balance.

The LUX Pack: 24mm insulating double glazing

This option allows you to replace the polycarbonate with a 24mm PLANITHERM double-glazing roof reinforced with Argon gas. For maximum brightness and optimal insulation, treat yourself to the LUX Pack.

Depending on the orientation of your roof, heat-control glazing should be preferred in order to maximise control of solar heat gain in summer.

Low-emissivity double glazing for enhanced insulation

The 28mm (4-20-4) Saint-Gobain PLANITHERM ULTRA N double glazing is a low-emissivity glass.

Thanks to a chemical treatment, this glazing has the ability to repel the majority of heat towards the hottest point.

Filling with Argon gas provides much lower thermal inertia than the air used in standard glazing.

Thanks to this gas, your glazing will heat up or cool down much more slowly than standard double glazing.

Presentation of the Saint-Gobain brand

The advantages of Saint-Gobain double glazing

The Saint-Gobain PLANITHERM ULTRA N double glazing triples thermal insulation performance compared to standard double glazing. In addition, it allows:

  • A reduction in heating costs.
  • An improvement in comfort:
    • no cold zones near glazed panels
    • maximum use of space
    • reduced risk of condensation on the inner glass
  • High light transmission and solar gain
  • Great architectural freedom (neutral appearance)
  • Environmental protection through reduced CO2 emissions
