In my opinion, the gear ratio is a little too high, which results in a large number of crank turns to move the curtains.

After nearly a year of use, everything is perfect.
After a rather eventful winter, there is nothing to report. Good resistance to wind and bad weather, snow and frost.
I greatly appreciated the assistance of your technical team during the installation in 2025
The transport was well handled and delivered without reservation.
The only thing to flag to your future customers is that you really need to take measurements very carefully. Indeed, during installation I had to add a small piece (20mm aluminum batten) on one side of the pergola because the width was slightly too tight, and when closing the ZIPS, the canvas
was tensioned to the maximum and this caused the aluminum structures that were clipped together to come apart (square post made up of four clipped faces).
Apart from this detail, which I made my own problem and not yours, since the dimensions I had requested were correctly respected in your workshops.
So very satisfied.

I purchased CLOSEO tarpaulins to weatherproof my wooden carport that shelters my garden furniture.
- The order was placed following a phone agreement with a technical advisor, as the project was non-standard.
- Order placed in early December 2025 during the "Black Friday" sales — not insignificant!
- Payment possible in several instalments (interest-free).
- Home delivery in less than three weeks, versus the announced four months.
- Delivery deadline met with real-time order tracking.
- Installation was very easy thanks to the explanatory video and the technical assembly instructions.
In short, I am completely satisfied with the product. My space is now weathertight and the result fully meets my expectations. You can see for yourselves in the attached photos.
I would however recommend taking precise measurements with a laser rangefinder, as the product corresponds exactly to the dimensions provided.

I am very satisfied with my Pergola, whose quality still seems good to me after 2 years of installation. The tarpaulins installed last year also held up very well against the strong winds this winter.

The installed product perfectly matches the description.
Installed to enclose a covered terrace with 4 tarpaulins, the result is impeccable and gives passers-by the illusion from a distance of a real veranda.
No damage despite the various windy spells in the south-west.
Attentive customer service, which allowed us to have an additional custom triangular panel made, of the same quality, to fill in the missing height on one side.
For me, the only thing to improve is the panel height limited to 250 from memory, which is insufficient.

Hello, I ordered 4 vertical-guide blinds and ran into quite a few headaches.
As far as delivery goes, it was top-notch with a very professional driver who deserves 5 stars.
All the problems encountered are in no way attributable to the company Clikit but to the company that manufactured the custom blinds, which in my case was Franciaflex.
Right from the start, the manufacturer forgot parts in the packages — 8 kits of 4 pieces per package, so 32 pieces in total!!! Very good responsiveness from Mr. Reigner, who immediately took care of it and I received the missing parts within 4 days.
Then, regarding assembly, the instruction manual needs to be revised. Fortunately, another instruction manual can be found online.
And then comes the height of human foolishness: the two 40mm end caps mounted on the conductor bar that goes up and down are not aligned and are COMPLETELY offset by several dozen degrees, making the final assembly of the "conductors" impossible. Luckily, I have equipment and good DIY knowledge, otherwise it would have been a complete disaster for the weekend. Full disassembly of the 40mm tubes and reassembly with the parallel grooves aligned, as should have been done at the factory.
A shame, because the final result is very good and meets our expectations.
What is unfortunate is that it is Clikit's image that suffers, not Franciaflex's.
Thank you to Mr. Font for the great, very constructive conversation we had following the report of these issues.
Just a small tip for customers ordering a two-tone product (ours was white/sand): specify which color you want on the outside or inside. (Technical tip regarding the "weaving" of the product)
