Delivery: Very good communication with the carrier, who proved very efficient.
Technical assistance: Excellent. Answers to our questions were quick and relevant.
Value for money: Very good, the quality of the materials is evident. However, the quality of the self-drilling screws still needs improvement: we broke many screws even though we followed the recommendations.
The final result is more than satisfactory.
Overall rating: 4.5/5 (due to the fragility of the screws compared to the rest of the pergola components).
