5 both for your availability in answering our questions when choosing our pergola and for the quality of the materials and your after-sales service when we had a slat with a paint defect — it was replaced as quickly as possible.
A few photos of the assembled product, very easy to put together; only 2 screws were too long (they had to be cut with a disc cutter, easily done) at the "cube" that joins the rear crossbars and the side beams, only on one side, 2 screws too long, the others on the other side were the right length. Everything assembled very well with 3 people in one day (with prior preparation of the slat assemblies).
As it was not possible to add a housing for the manual awning, we fitted "shaped" panels on the front to protect it from the weather.
Thank you for your availability and your materials — we have no hesitation in recommending you to those around us!

Hello, everything went very smoothly. My interactions with the after-sales service went very well — I was able to get replacement parts very easily when I needed them (following mistakes on my part). The quality of the materials is excellent. I am very happy with the result. However, one small detail that matters: it would be better to specify the placement of the post "feet" when a blind is to be fitted, because it was at the end of assembly that I had to rotate these feet in order to fit the blind, which forced me to lift the entire structure to turn them. Otherwise a very satisfying experience — I recommend.

The pergola with the glass screens is now installed and we thank you for your support throughout all the stages.
The rating is 4 for the quality of the pergola, the lead times and the custom sizing. After one winter season and one summer season it has not moved and everything is perfectly watertight. However, the missing point relates to the rollers of the glass panels, which are difficult to adjust and do not hold well over time. We have to redo the height adjustments too regularly.

I would like to express my complete satisfaction with having chosen a CLIKIT conservatory (MANCHESTER 6mx4m model), and in particular for the value for money.
Indeed, if I add to the kit price the cost of additional work (low wall, kit installation, tiling, facing bricks and electrical work) carried out by a professional, the total cost is noticeably about half that of your competitors who sell "turnkey" conservatories (around 2,500 euros/m²) for similar or even inferior quality.
I had heating and air conditioning installed and it is now a magnificent "living space" 365 days a year.

For your information, my Clikit order enabled me to create a roof for a rebuilt back kitchen.
That is to say: demolition of an existing room and reconstruction of a new room.
The installation has been complete since mid-December last year.
The idea of a transparent roof is to let as much light as possible into the house (via the back kitchen).
Delivery went very smoothly — delivered on the announced day, pallet placed on the pavement in front of my house in my presence.
Technical assistance — I did not need it; the assembly video on your website showed how to proceed.
Value for money: very good
Overall rating: 5
One small regret:
For manufacturing, I provided you with the exact dimensions; for the width of 3.83m, I should have reduced the dimension to approximately 3.80m.
The installation is set between two existing walls (shared walls with neighbours) that are not perfectly square, which forced us to adapt.
For your information, the room is divided in two, including the house's WC.

The installation of the two domes was completed in October 2024.
No issues, everything went smoothly. We did not screw but rather glued the domes.
We then covered the flat roof with a polyurethane resin combined with a stretch fabric that also covers the base of the domes.

For improvement: you should offer an aluminium frame as a support (instead of or in addition to) your lower section that serves as a roof fixing, as this is simply difficult to adjust due to the PVC cover that wraps around the lower section…
And the plastic covers that are impossible to clip onto the hip rafters.

My feedback on the project:
- Good technical assessment based on my requests and measurements. The delivered materials are well packaged, the profiles precisely cut.
Difficulty: taking inventory of the received materials against the delivery note — it's not that easy to identify all the references.
- The paper manual provided by the manufacturer is clear, but you need to follow the CliKIT online guide, which is tailored to each type of pergola.
- The instructions for assembling the side trapezoid were not very clear; I managed, but it took me a while even though it looked straightforward at first.
Some instructions are common to all models, yet there are small variations from one model to another, and each small detail becomes a mini puzzle.
- Once again, thank you to the manager for taking care of replacing the roof glass that was broken during unpacking.
- A mistake on my part: I based my dimensions on the raw floor level, but I should have taken the finished floor height into account. I think this is a point to confirm with the technician: whether the installation is on the finished floor or if the floor will come later — in that case,
make sure to confirm the height so that the glazing rail is level with the finished floor.
- I'd like to stress the difficulty and the many precautions needed when dealing with the glazed roof. It is truly suited only to experienced self-builders, even if the client must ultimately take responsibility for their choice.
- On the other hand, the glazed roof is magnificent — there's no comparison with polycarbonate — all visitors agree. Given the small size of the project, even with the difficulty, I don't regret my choice.
Overall the service is positive: design — delivery — after-sales service

Hello, we had a few minor issues that were not your fault. These were resolved either by purchasing additional parts or through technical assistance.
Based on our experience, I would say that the channels should be deeper to prevent the canvas from coming out when it is windy.
Overall, everything is positive.

We have just started enjoying our new pergola. The installation of the awnings was slightly delayed due to our electrician's intervention. Everything went very smoothly, the parts are easy to assemble and the instructions are clear. All that remains is to install the triangles. We also realize that the side awnings would have been useful on sunny days. If you have any promotions on this item, could you please let us know? There are just some seals that we don't know where to place, and the instructions for the triangles are non-existent or we haven't been able to find them. Here are a few photos Smile emoji 2.

I am currently satisfied with the product. Assembly went well. We did have some difficulty as we had several different instruction manuals and it took us a little while to find the one that applied to our product, but once found the assembly was not too complicated.
Now that the nice days are arriving, I realise it would be necessary to add the awnings to provide shade at certain times of day.
In the meantime, I am sending you two photos of the installed pergola.
If needed I could take others, perhaps more presentable ones.

Everything went well.
Delivery was complicated due to a very unpleasant and borderline rude transport company manager. However, the delivery driver was very friendly and experienced.
My husband complained a bit and struggled with assembling the conservatory because the instructions provided did not correspond to the conservatory we had chosen, and on top of that they were in Dutch!!!!
Despite all that, we managed.
I am delighted with my conservatory, which is of very good quality and gives me an extra little room to eat and relax in the sun. I enjoyed it all winter long, it helped heat my home.

We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences encountered during delivery. Your geographical area does indeed present particular logistical constraints. We had to use a subcontractor and route through Italy to deliver to you in the best conditions, as you are located in an area inaccessible by articulated lorry.
Regarding the assembly instructions in Dutch, this was indeed an error, and we have reported this to our teams to ensure it does not happen again.
For your information, all of our instructions and video tutorials are available in French on our website, and have since been included on each of our customer quotes.

The winter garden has been installed since May 2024.
A few minor assembly issues and even some missing parts, which were quickly resolved by Nicolas FONT from after-sales service.
For assembly, a few specific videos or step-by-step guides would not go amiss.
The main assembly video could do with a bit more detail.
Likewise, I think it would be important to emphasize that the profiles intended to fix the fixed panels and those intended to fix the trapeze are not identical.
As a result, we made a mistake during assembly and cut the wrong profiles.
Like everyone, I think I will only be assembling a winter garden once in my life, so experience is naturally lacking.
That said, I was easily able to communicate with members of the technical team, which makes it easy to manage.
So here are my ratings:
Value for money: 5/5
Quality of service: 5/5
Technical assistance: 5/5
Assembly procedures: 3/5
Final result: 5/5
Delivery: 4/5 (it is difficult for a 44-tonne truck to navigate through a housing estate — a point to improve)
