With a slight delay, I am replying to your message. We are very satisfied with our pergola. The phone exchanges before ordering allowed us to get a well-tailored proposal. The delivery went very smoothly, the driver was very professional and helpful. The assembly of the main structure was completed without any issues, thanks in particular to the video available on your website. The assembly of the options, especially the side trapeze panels above the doors, was more difficult as the rubber seals supplied did not all match those mentioned in the instructions and we had to guess which seal went where. Our lock problem was resolved thanks to your sending of a new lock. I still feel that the quality of these locks is not in keeping with the quality of the pergola, but they do the job. The assembly is now finished. The interior layout is not done yet. I give a rating of 4/5 and I will recommend you if I have the opportunity.

A week ago I finished assembling my climalux pergola and the side panel — I am fully satisfied with my investment and I thank clikit for its professionalism and reliability, and also Mr. Jérôme Menu for his responsiveness every time I needed advice — thank you to the whole clikit team

The pergola was delivered within the agreed timeframe and very well packaged. Excellent packaging. Very professional, friendly and efficient delivery driver.
The pergola meets our expectations and is relatively easy to assemble, provided the measurements are taken precisely and the assembly instructions are followed.
Thank you for your responsiveness by phone and by email for the two or three questions I asked.

On first reading, the instruction manual with all the profiles spread out on the floor gives you pause.
On second reading it is already possible to sort the components and understand their positioning.
Then you have to get started, think carefully and look at the materials, the manual, and from that point it works.
On two occasions an extra pair of hands is essential and the work continues. Fitting the LEDs requires the right drilling tool and laying the roof is straightforward.
The panel caused a moment of doubt and I had to call, but the quick answers allowed me to continue the work. The whole construction took me 5 half-days on my own, with one hour of help to lift the posts and the gutter, and another hour for the roof panels.
All in all a great product, highly recommended, and it exudes quality. Nothing but praise for a very fair price.
I also want to warmly thank the delivery driver for his professionalism and friendliness.
