The pergola with the glass curtains is now installed and we thank you for your support throughout all the stages.
The rating is 4 for the quality of the pergola, the lead times and the custom sizing. After one winter season and one summer season it has not moved and everything is perfectly watertight. However, the missing point is related to the rollers on the glass panels, which are difficult to adjust and do not hold well over time. We have to redo the height adjustments too frequently.
We thank you for this product which suits us perfectly.

The only downside is the poor quality of the screws — stainless steel screws would be a plus, but it is only a minor detail.

Hello, Time flies and I still haven't replied to your email. What I call my "Climaserre" is installed. I must admit that it still required genuine DIY skills, but I was helped by friends who are very knowledgeable in timber framing and other areas. They were amazing. I am delighted with this Climaserre — it is exactly what I wanted. Aesthetically, it looks very good on the facade of my old house. Family, friends, everyone is immediately full of admiration and won over, and asks me where I bought it. I make the most of the slightest ray of sunshine. Even when the outside temperature is below zero, I can leave my French doors open to the living room. At those moments, I feel like I am living outdoors. I eagerly await the shoulder seasons or sunnier periods. My cats also make full use of it. They spend long hours meditating outside without having to endure the harshness of winter. The delivery was impeccable, with a very friendly and efficient gentleman. We did not need technical support, as my friends were experienced enough to find solutions to the various small problems that arose on their own. As for the value for money, it is perfect for me. Several friends who are building professionals consider it to be of good quality, that it has clearly been carefully thought through in every detail, that it is solid and well designed. Rating, without hesitation: 5/5 As for the photos, it is a bit more complicated for me — I am not sure I will manage to send them. I will look into it. Good evening to the entire CLIKIT team, The assembly of our pergola has been completed for some time now and we are making the most of it. Despite a few difficulties related to our lack of experience, the assembly seems successful and we thank Mr. Jérôme MENU for his patience and excellent advice when we had questions. As for the rating, on the quality of delivery, the remarkable technical support, the final result which suits us perfectly and corresponds exactly to what we expected, it is a five without hesitation. On the value for money, it seems reasonable to me, but I won't commit, not knowing the quality and prices of the competition. On the negative side, the lighting kit which we find weak, some assembly difficulties with this kit due to an error by our electrician, but very difficult to remove the spacer behind which we installed the transformer, without loosening the roof fixing on this PANORAMA model. It would be good to warn future customers of this model. This difficulty does not detract from the quality of the project. Thank you to the CliKIT team and well done again. I would like to give you a brief overview of my Panorama winter garden project measuring 9m x 3.5m.
I am very satisfied with the result, even though the assembly stressed me out a little :-)
Please find attached a photo of the whole structure which fully matches what I had in mind.
A few remarks:
- the assembly instructions are concise but sufficient; your PDF plan could also use a few clarifications, particularly regarding the height of the glass panels — only the dimension of the front glass panels is shown, whereas the side glass panels are 10 cm shorter... I was caught off guard!
- for the roof ridge purlins, they are identical to the others but do not have a polycarbonate sheet on one side, which means the upper fixing clip tends to lean. I preferred to add a shim of the same thickness as the polycarbonate for better support
- the trim flashings on these purlins have a vertical section that is slightly too short; you need to position the screws at the lowest point to properly screw the flashing into the purlin.
Good product, I recommend it.

Excellent quality product and a top team who listens when you get stuck during assembly.
It is exactly what we wanted, even if it was not a sure thing at the beginning due to our configuration (regarding the roof slope).
I strongly recommend Clikit for its reliability and the assembly which is ultimately straightforward relative to the size of the product.
I assembled this winter garden on my own with a few tricks (especially for fitting the gutter rail which is very heavy, using mason's props).
The only minor issue on my end was the first delivery where some parts were damaged in transit. But once again the team was very responsive and sent me replacement damaged parts.

I am pleased to send you a photo of my assembled pergola.
There are still a few small finishing touches needed to make it perfect.
I absolutely do not regret my purchase — it is good, beautiful equipment, and the installation was not complicated; obviously some basic knowledge is required, but if in doubt, Mr. Regnier is just a phone call away.
On that note, I have 2 comments:
1) Cutting the triangular side profile is not straightforward.
2) There is no assembly instructions for the lock and the plate. It is not that it is complicated, but the position of the plate that screws into the profile is not obvious.
Additionally, the two stainless steel covers are wobbly.
