Made in France, the EASY SAIL shade sail has undergone a rot-proof treatment to ensure its longevity as well as a water-repellent treatment that provides optimum waterproofing — guarantees of quality!

A waterproof and anti-UV shade sail

The EASY SAIL Extensible Shade Sail, the first extensible polyester shade sail, is reinforced by an elastic cable system running along its edges for an optimal result when tensioned.

Thanks to this ingenious technical combination, a sail measuring for example 3m can extend up to approximately 3.5m, which is 15 to 20% beyond its original size!

Its clever tensioning system, equipped with self-locking clamps and clams, gives you the freedom to tension or release your sail very easily, at any time throughout the day according to your needs.

Your Square EASY SAIL Extensible Shade Sail will be delivered as a Assembly Kit including: the sail, 2.5 meters of rope at each corner of the sail, the tension clams as well as a self-locking clamp.

For installation, you will not need any additional tools — this kit is designed to make installation as simple and enjoyable as possible.

Here are some tips for a hassle-free installation of your shade sail:

Deploy the sail with the self-locking clamps previously attached to the ends of the sail. Take hold of the rope tied to the first end of the sail, then attach it to the structure of your pergola. Repeat the operation on each side of the sail to obtain a perfectly taut sail.

And there you have it! All that's left is to enjoy your Square EASY SAIL Shade Sail in complete peace!

Warranties

The standard warranty for the EASY SAIL Shade Sail is one year and does not apply to discoloration. The warranty cannot be invoked in the event of improper use or damage not resulting from normal use. The sail must be stored dry and sheltered in a dry, temperate location.
In particular, the warranty does not apply:
- In the event of use in bad weather, or damage caused by weather conditions: snow, hail, lightning, and strong winds (as defined by Météo France). Sails must be taken down during dangerous weather events, such as an orange weather alert from Météo France.
- For damage caused by incorrect fixing or assembly.
- For damage to the fabric caused by exposure to a heat source (barbecue/heater).
- For damage caused by the use of inappropriate cleaning products: bleach (for example) is prohibited.
- For damage caused by sharp objects.
- For defects and their consequences resulting from the intervention of the buyer or an unauthorized repairer.
This list is neither binding nor exhaustive.
The warranted product will be exchanged, repaired, or returned as-is at the discretion of Albigès.
Shipping and labor costs are the responsibility of the user.
Certain products are excluded from all warranty conditions:
The mounting ropes, tension clams, and self-locking clamps.
The warranty can only be applied upon presentation of the original invoice indicating the date of purchase and the original product.
Spare parts for the EASY SAIL product are available for a minimum period of 4 years.
