Warranties

The standard warranty for the EASY SAIL Sail is one year and does not apply to discoloration. The warranty cannot be invoked in the event of incorrect use or damage not resulting from normal use. The sail must be stored dry and sheltered in a dry, temperate location.
In particular, the warranty does not apply:
- In the event of use in bad weather, or for weather-related damage: snow, hail, lightning, and strong winds (as defined by Météo France). Sails must be removed during dangerous weather events, such as an orange weather alert from Météo France.
- For damage caused by improper fixing or assembly.
- For damage caused to the fabric by exposure to a heat source (barbecue/heater).
- For damage caused by the use of inappropriate cleaning products: bleach (for example) is prohibited.
- For damage caused by sharp objects.
- For defects and their consequences resulting from the intervention of the buyer or an unauthorized repairer.
This list is neither binding nor exhaustive.
The warranted product will be exchanged, repaired, or returned as-is at the discretion of Albigès.
Shipping and labor costs are the responsibility of the user.
Certain products are excluded from all warranty conditions:
Assembly ropes, tensioning clams, and self-locking clamps.
The warranty can only be applied upon presentation of the original invoice indicating the date of purchase and the original product.
Spare parts for the EASY SAIL product are available for a minimum period of 4 years.
