Give your vehicle a cozy shelter!
Are you looking for a practical and aesthetic solution to protect your vehicle from the elements while adding a natural touch to your home? The WALLGAU Freestanding Wood Carport is the ideal solution!
This wood carport is made from Northern Pine wood, known for its strength and durability, thanks to its density and resin content. Furthermore, wood is a natural and warm material that integrates perfectly into an outdoor environment. By choosing a wood carport, you will add a touch of charm and elegance to your home.
Thanks to the application of various treatments, the WALLGAU Wood Carport can withstand insect attacks, UV rays, rain, snow and extreme temperatures, without requiring much maintenance.

A robust solid treated wood structure
Non-stained autoclave finish
Made from solid Northern Pine wood naturally dried, the green hues of the WALLGAU Freestanding Wood Carport in its non-stained version come from the effect of its autoclave treatment. The latter has the advantage of being both a powerful insecticide and fungicide.
This aqueous-phase impregnation treatment acts as a powerful protector against wood-boring insects and termites, and is also effective and durable against the development of mold and fungi in humid conditions.

Stained autoclave finish
In its stained version, the WALLGAU Wood Carport has also undergone an autoclave treatment, followed by a stain and a high-end paint. As a result, its structure benefits from effective UV protection against any bluing of the wood without concealing the aesthetics of its natural grain.
This also has the effect of greatly limiting the expansion and contraction of the material under the effect of weather variations. All profiles are dipped in a stain bath twice, to develop optimal protective qualities, followed by brushing to remove any excess.
To keep your carport looking like new, we recommend applying, at the very end of summer and then every 4 or 5 years, a new autoclave treatment and staining to maintain the longevity of the wood of your car shelter.
Non-stained finish: Green
Stained finish: Walnut
Stained finish: Slate Grey
An easy-to-install roof covering
The roof of the WALLGAU Wood Carport is made of asphalt shingle panels nailed in an overlapping pattern onto 20mm thick boards. These boards replace the battens and what is known as a flush decking, screwed onto the roof frame rafters.
Unlike a traditional tile roof, the light weight of the shingles makes installation much simpler and above all less costly, while maintaining a smooth and impeccable aesthetic appearance
The shingle roof also has the advantage of providing very good UV protection against the elements such as rain, hail and snow, while absorbing a significant portion of the noise generated.

In addition to its waterproofing qualities, this roof covering offers excellent fire resistance and its material is perfectly rot-proof.
The colored mineral granules applied to the upper surface of the shingle and the presence of fiberglass in its composition give it a certain rigidity while benefiting from a balanced malleability.
With proper maintenance, your shingle roof can easily retain all its properties for more than 20 years.
Two colors are available for this carport model: the Black Shingle Roof as well as the Red Shingle Roof, which you can choose to best match your home.
A solid anchoring system
The anchoring system of the WALLGAU Freestanding Wood Carport ensures a stable and solid fixing of the posts at your installation site. Its raised design is intended to prevent any deterioration of the wood at its base caused by rainwater or ground moisture.
It consists of H-shaped anchoring profiles, made from flat galvanized steel with a length of 60cm.
They are secured by concrete anchoring in the foundations prepared beforehand according to your ground configuration.
Thanks to this process, the WALLGAU Wood Carport is able to withstand winds of up to 0.95 kN/m².
