Your quote request
Are you interested in one of our products? Fill in the quote request form corresponding to the product. Each product has its own specific quote. Since our products are modular, you can perfectly well start by requesting a quote for a pergola and add blinds or glass panels later. Take your time!
Once the form is completed, our team checks the various details of your request, to ensure it has all the necessary information to begin the study of your project.
The technical study of your project
In order to align as closely as possible with your expectations, we are committed to offering you a fully custom-made service. This approach begins with the study of your request, which is both personalized and fast. Our technical advisors analyze the various characteristics of your project within 48 hours!
For the purposes of the study, and in the interest of quality and thoroughness, our technicians regularly exchange with you during phone or video call appointments. The goal is to refine the study data, adjust the quote if necessary, and conduct a "virtual" site visit. Thanks to your availability, as well as the dedication and professionalism of our teams, your project takes shape. We can also create a free 3D rendering of it.
Step 2: Town hall declaration
Your quote request
Once your personalized project has been thought out and designed, you need to contact your local town hall to find out about the planning regulations specific to your municipality. It is indeed important to ensure that the work falls within the prescribed guidelines before beginning construction.
If your veranda or pergola has a floor area of less than 20 m², a works declaration will suffice. If the construction exceeds 20 m², you will then need to submit a building permit. We will provide you with the masonry plans upon request.
Step 3: Validation, production and delivery
Once the custom design of your project is complete, let's review each of the following points together: dimensions, position of each element, options and finishes.
After validation, we put your order into production with our suppliers. We are indeed a company specializing in the sale of verandas and pergolas in kit form. We do not manufacture the products ourselves. This choice is justified by our desire to offer you a high-quality custom veranda, while helping you save on installation costs. Self-assembly, with proper assistance, is indeed less expensive than having it installed by a professional. CliKIT: a premium product at the right price!
Once manufactured, your order is transported to the logistics platform of our partner STTI in Troyes. The carrier will then arrange an appointment with you to determine a time slot during which your order can be delivered. Your product will finally be transported and delivered using a forklift truck.

Step 4: Assembly of your CliKIT product
Although we sell kit products, we remain by your side from start to finish of your project. Our products are easy to assemble, and we have also chosen to offer you genuine post-order technical support, assisting you during the installation of your product. We therefore make installation guides and videos available to you on our website. We can also arrange video call appointments (FaceTime, WhatsApp) to guide you in real time. We remain at your disposal to support you all the way to the last clik!
