Give your home a warm welcome!
The BRIGHTON V4 Entry Vestibule Glazing Version without Transom features a three-panel diamond-point roof. A premium entry vestibule designed with quality materials, the BRIGHTON model adapts to all house styles by offering additional living space at an unbeatable price!
Square or rectangular in base, the window frames, assembled and screwed onto an aluminum framework, are made of reinforced multi-chamber 70mm PVC. The roof structure is aluminum and the cladding is PVC, and the roof pitch can vary from 15° to 25°. You therefore need at least 2.80m on the facade of your house to install this type of entry vestibule.
Thanks to its unique assembly concept, the installation of your entry vestibule will be simplified. Each element is numbered and identified on a personalized assembly plan. For your convenience, you have the choice between a 25/32mm polycarbonate roof or 24mm double glazing.

A unique roofing concept
The BRIGHTON Model Entry Vestibule features a reinforced aluminum roof structure with PVC-U covers.
The multi-chamber covers act as an additional insulating layer and increase the overall roof performance. The aluminum wall plate ensures the hold of your roof and the PVC rainwater downpipe is aesthetically pleasing and discreet.
The combination of aluminum and PVC provides significantly better thermal insulation thanks to the PVC cladding. This further limits the transmission of the outside temperature absorbed by the aluminum structure. This forms a thermal barrier known as a thermal bridge break.
Thanks to the properties of PVC, thermal performance is optimized and the level of condensation is greatly reduced.

Aluminum and PVC: the perfect combination
Watertightness, energy efficiency, safety, style and elegance: our frames have all the assets to withstand external conditions (wind, snow, pollution, sea spray, etc.).
Your entry vestibule is fitted with reinforced DECEUNINCK multi-chamber 70mm PVC frames, mounted on an aluminum framework, offering exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation quality, easy maintenance, impact resistance, and anti-condensation properties.
The PVC frames are assembled, then screwed by you onto an aluminum framework to rigidify the whole structure.
Your choice of opening can include French casement or sliding sashes, top-hung transom opening sashes, as well as French casement or sliding windows.

Transom window as an optionA polycarbonate roof more resistant than glass
Polyclear" polycarbonate panels are ultra-strong: up to 250 times more resistant than glass.
They also offer a key advantage for fire safety thanks to the self-extinguishing characteristic of the polycarbonate raw material and its resistance to high temperatures.

The COMFORT Pack: Anti-UV 25 and 32mm Polycarbonate
The MARLON ST 25 and 32mm roofing panels are anti-UV treated and guaranteed anti-yellowing. This polycarbonate is highly impact-resistant and provides thermal insulation of 1.25 W/m²K or 1.4 W/m²K. It is available in Clear, Opal or SolarControl (opaque).
These panels offer natural lighting with minimal heat loss for a better overall energy balance.

The LUX Pack: 24mm insulating double glazing
This option allows the polycarbonate to be replaced by a PLANITHERM 24mm Argon gas-reinforced double-glazed roof. For maximum brightness and optimal insulation, treat yourself to the LUX Pack.
Depending on the orientation of your roof, an anti-heat glazing is recommended in order to control solar gains as much as possible in summer.

Low-emissivity double glazing for enhanced insulation
The Saint-Gobain PLANITHERM ULTRA N 28mm (4-20-4) double glazing is a low-emissivity glass.
Thanks to a chemical treatment, this glazing has the ability to repel the majority of heat toward the warmest point.
Filling with Argon gas provides much lower thermal inertia than the air used in standard glazing.
Thanks to this gas, your glazing will heat up or cool down much more slowly than conventional double glazing.

The advantages of Saint-Gobain double glazing
The Saint-Gobain PLANITHERM ULTRA N double glazing triples the thermal insulation performance compared to conventional double glazing. In addition, it enables:
- A reduction in heating costs.
- An improvement in comfort:
- no cold zone near glazed surfaces
- maximum use of space
- reduced risk of condensation on the inner glass
- High light transmission and solar gain
- Great architectural freedom (neutral appearance)
- Environmental protection through reduced CO2 emissions
