The NOTTINGHAM V1 Conservatory Version on Dwarf Wall features a four-pitch diamond-point roof. A high-end conservatory designed with quality materials, the NOTTINGHAM model adapts to all house styles while offering additional living space at an always unbeatable price!

With a square or rectangular base, the window frames, assembled and screwed onto an aluminum structure, are made of reinforced multi-chamber 70mm PVC. The aluminum roof structure and PVC capping make it possible to adapt to houses with limited available height.

Thanks to its unique assembly concept, the installation of your conservatory is simplified. Each element is numbered and identified on a personalized assembly plan. For your comfort, you have the choice between a 25/32mm polycarbonate or 24mm double-glazed roof.

A unique roofing concept

The NOTTINGHAM Kit Conservatory features a reinforced aluminum roof structure with PVC-U caps.

The multi-chamber caps act as an additional insulating layer and increase the overall roof performance. The aluminum wall plate ensures the support of your roof and the PVC downpipe is aesthetically pleasing and discreet.

The combination of aluminum and PVC ensures significantly better thermal insulation thanks to the PVC capping. This capping further limits the transmission of the outside temperature absorbed by the aluminum structure. This forms a thermal barrier known as a thermal break.

Thanks to the properties of PVC, thermal performance is optimized and the level of condensation is greatly reduced.

Aluminum and PVC: the perfect combination

Weathertightness, energy efficiency, safety, style and elegance: our frames have all the assets to withstand external elements (wind, snow, pollution, sea spray, etc.).

Your conservatory is fitted with DECEUNINCK reinforced multi-chamber 70mm PVC frames, mounted on an aluminum structure, offering exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation quality, easy maintenance, impact resistance, and anti-condensation properties.

The PVC frames are assembled, then screwed by you onto an aluminum structure to rigidify the whole unit.

Your choice of opening can include French casement windows or sliding windows, bellows-style transom openings, as well as French casement or sliding opening windows.

A polycarbonate roof more resistant than glass

Polyclear" polycarbonate sheets are ultra-strong: up to 250 times more resistant than glass.

They also offer a key advantage for fire safety thanks to the self-extinguishing characteristic of the polycarbonate raw material and its resistance to high temperatures.

The COMFORT Pack: 25 and 32mm Anti-UV Polycarbonate 

The 25 and 32mm MARLON ST roofing panels are UV-treated and guaranteed anti-yellowing. This polycarbonate is highly impact-resistant and provides thermal insulation of 1.25 W/m²K or 1.4 W/m²K. It is available in Clear, Opal or SolarControl (opaque).

These panels provide natural lighting with minimal heat loss for a better overall energy efficiency.

The LUX Pack: 24mm Insulating Double Glazing

This option allows the polycarbonate to be replaced by a PLANITHERM 24mm double-glazed roof reinforced with Argon gas. For maximum brightness and optimal insulation, treat yourself to the LUX Pack.

Depending on the orientation of your roof, heat-reducing glazing is recommended to maximize control of solar gains in summer.

Low-emissivity double glazing for enhanced insulation

The Saint-Gobain PLANITHERM ULTRA N double glazing of 28mm (4-20-4) is a low-emissivity glass.

Thanks to a chemical treatment, this glazing has the ability to reflect the majority of heat back towards the warmest point.

Argon gas filling provides much lower thermal inertia than the air used in standard glazing.

Thanks to this gas, your glazing will heat up or cool down much more slowly than standard double glazing.

With considerable delay, I am giving you an update on the Nottingham conservatory I assembled at home with your support.
I have attached a photo of the result, with which I am very pleased.
I wanted to thank you for sending the replacement roof glass.
Regarding the PVC roof parts that were not the right size and which the factory sent again — oddly, half of them were correct this time, but the other half were still the wrong size. With the help of sealant and by cutting the PVC, I was able to achieve an aesthetically acceptable and, above all, watertight result.
I wish you all the best going forward. This afternoon, a friend will come to visit me as she is considering installing a conservatory at her home. I will recommend your company to her.

Hello,
Attached are a few photos of the house, front view, with the conservatory in place. The final result suits us perfectly — you are welcome to use them to animate your website if you wish.
Overall the materials are of very good quality, but given a few minor delivery issues, the lack of a few small parts, and above all an incomplete assembly guide in French, a rating of 4.5 out of 5 seems fair to us.

Hello,
The conservatory is almost finished — just a few finishing touches remaining (completing the waterproofing checks, finishing the top of the roof, and completing the installation of the gutter and rainwater drainage).
Several people have already seen the conservatory and are left "speechless" by the result, given its size and what it will ultimately be like as a living space. As far as the quality of delivery and technical support are concerned, if we were to give a rating it would be 10/10.
Value for money and final result — nothing to complain about either. Given the terms, I would recommend CLIKIT.
As for ease of assembly, it is indeed easy to put together. I am sending you two or three photos taken during the build; once the conservatory is finished I will send you more.
