As for the price, I had 3 quotes done by local tradespeople in my area, because I am not one for doing everything online.
Having compared like for like — that is to say, the quality of the product and the after-sales service, which is very important and too often overlooked —
well, after doing all of that, roughly half the price at CLIKIT. I will come back to leave a comment after assembling the pergola
I will let you know if I am equally satisfied.
But I am not too worried because I know the people at CLIKIT will get back to me quickly.

Everything was perfect. From the first courteous and attentive phone call right through to the final installation.
Delivery was perfect and on time, as planned; assistance was not necessary thanks to the clear and precise explanations. Once assembly was complete, the expected result was achieved.
Just one small remark if I need to be precise — one cartridge of silicone is not enough for the entire waterproofing assembly.....
Another question: will the "Opal" polycarbonate panels recommended by your technician be sufficient to protect us from the heat??? Answer: next summer ..... My overall rating would be 5.

You are very easy to reach if there is an issue, pleasant service and very good follow-up. The pergola is of very good quality and easy to assemble!
With the videos, assembly is easy and it's a good thing there are videos because the provided instructions are not very easy to understand!

The pergola is assembled and everything went very well from start to finish; delivery was perfect on the date and time indicated, by a very pleasant and helpful driver
I needed help by phone for some information — Mr. Font and Mr. Cavaillé were very helpful, accommodating and patient with me to explain everything clearly so that the assembly would be perfect
The only small downside is the instructions, which I find quite complicated to understand at times, between the top views, side views, etc.

For me everything was perfect: condition of the various packages, prompt sending of a missing shade sail item, overall delivery without any issues.
To date, the shade sail assembly has not yet been completed.

We are very happy with the result, the quality of the materials and the follow-up by your teams, the same goes for the transport company which was very accommodating regarding our availability to schedule the delivery (top-notch driver).
One point to note: I was helped by a joiner-carpenter friend and without his help, I'm not sure the result would have been as good (mainly the glazing bead assembly) despite the videos on your website and my construction knowledge.
As for the price, it's always too expensive!!! No, I'm joking — I hope the materials will age well over time, as we are not very far from the sea.

Very good product. We had several quotes done which came in far too high for our budget given the unusual dimensions of our facade.
Customer service and the various contacts we had were all very professional. They gave us very good advice, guided us throughout and everything went very smoothly.
2 months' wait for delivery.
And 4 people for the assembly, bearing in mind that my husband had prepared all the fixings, interlocking parts and seals ...etc in advance.
We opted for a pergola with polycarbonate panels for more light and light-coloured curtains (washable) to keep things cool.
We also chose the lattice screen option on the side.
The finishes are beautiful, the product is of good quality, we are delighted with our pergola on which we plan to add a few options over the years.
The photos will follow once the work on the sides is finished

The quality and the support allowed us to complete the assembly easily, like professionals.
Without the online video, I think we would have really struggled. The manual supplied with the equipment is not sufficient on its own and covers all possible configurations, which creates a certain amount of confusion.

Hello, assembly is complete and went well; the only area for improvement as a customer would be, where possible, to tailor the assembly instructions to the model purchased by the customer, as finding the right drawing and cross-section among the various versions is really not easy. I am very satisfied with the quality and the appearance of the product, and I am currently setting up an outdoor kitchen.

Assembly didn't go too badly, though it was a bit laborious since I was alone and the existing structure by the terrace led to a few small squaring issues.
Delivery went very well; the driver was very helpful.
On price, no unpleasant surprises relative to the quality, and you were almost the only ones to offer RAL 3004 colour as standard — an absolute must for me. Rating: 4.5… :)

I rarely leave comments, but here I cannot help but say thank you to Nicolas, Cédric, and Olivier for all the advice that proved so valuable to me from design through to completion.
I chose a PERGOLA CLIMALUX GRANDE SUPERFICIE.
Of course, doing it alone is virtually impossible — it is better to get help from people who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Thank you to the tutorials and the instruction manual, but it is better to have watched the tutorials several times before starting, then to have fully charged drill batteries, and finally to have enough screwdriver bits to hand.
If the tutorial only lasts 20 minutes, in reality it will take considerably longer — but it is truly worth it.
In short, by taking your time the result is there, and I am really happy and satisfied with it.
Of course I can only RECOMMEND the CLIKIT website (which I never fail to do when the question is asked).
